Die Lage und auch das Frühstück waren gut. Es gab am Buffet viele verschiedene Sachen über Brötchen, Eier, Wurst,Käse, Marmelade, Müsli. Schnelle Autobahnanbindung. Kostenfreie überdachte Parkplätze.

Cons:

Wir sind als Familie mit 4 Jährigem Kind angereist. Ankunft war 20.30 Uhr. Wir kamen ins Zimmer und die Deckenlampe war defekt. Wir sind zur Rezeption gegangen um Hilfe zu bekommen. Die Dame war sehr unhöflich und meinte da kann sie jetzt nichts machen, der Chef wohnt in Karlsruhe. Sie meinte dann wenn es uns nicht passt können wir ja wieder gehen und uns ein anders Hotel für die Nacht suchen. Diese Aussage fande ich ehrlich gesagt sehr frech und unpassend. Es hätte warscheinlich nur eine neue Glühbirne eingewechselt werden müssen. Schon sehr blöd im Zimmer ohne Licht. Das nächste Problem war das das WLAN nicht ging. Hatten zwar ein Passwort aber es kam keine Verbindung. Haben es mit mehreren Geräten versucht. Des Weiteren hatten wir angegeben das wir ein 4 Jähriges Kind haben. Wir hatten kein Kopfkissen und auch keine Bettdecke für das Kind. Und es gab nur ein 1,40 cm Bett für uns zu dritt.
Würde das Hotel kein 2. Mal mehr buchen.
Sehr schade.

Zum Schluss möchte ich abschließend noch sagen, das wir am nächsten Morgen von einer freundlichen Dame an der Rezeption gefragt wurden wie unser Aufenthalt war. Ich erzählte ihr was passiert ist und sie entschuldige sich dafür und meinte auch die Kollegin hätte besser reagieren können. Explizit auf die Lampe, sie hätten nämlich einen ganzen Schrank voller neuer Glühbirnen gehabt.

Za mało miejsc parkingowych a podziemne było dodatkowo płatne mimo, że w ogłoszeniu było napisane inaczej
W pokoju było brudno, szczególnie w łazience na podłodze
Łóżko było od ściany do ściany, mimo, że na zdjęciach nie było tego widać. Jestem wysoką osoba i spanie tam to była udręka, bo nie mieściłem się na łóżku.
Stolik obok łóżka był uszkodzony, miał dziurę.
Przed wejściem do hotelu codziennie wieczorem stała grupka ludzi pijąca alkohol i głośno się zachowująca.

Kein Parkplatz, Tiefgarage extra bezahlt, Doppelzimmer gebucht aber als Einzelzimmer ausgestattet, zwar Doppelbett aber nur eine Decke, Frühstück dürftig, Fernseher defekt, Matratzen nicht zufriedenstellend.

Kommen gerne wieder her
Pros:

Sehr zentrale Lage, Parkplatz direkt am Hotel.
Personal super freundlich, wir haben spontan eine Nacht verlängert und nach einem größeren Zimmer gefragt, welches wir zum selben Preis bekommen haben, wie das "kleinere".
Der Grund gür ein Upgrade ist meine Schwangerschaft, ich wollte ein größeres Bett, als 160 cm.
Das ist insgesamt unser 2. Aufenthalt in dem Hotel, wir kommen immer wieder, wenn wir Familie in Heilbronn besuchen.

Leider im Bad an der Decke Schimmelspuren, leider in beiden Zimmern
