Pros:

Freundliches kompetentes Personal.
Ruhiges Hotelzimmer mit schöner Aussicht.
Haben sehr gut geschlafen was für die gute Betten spricht.
Frühstücksbüffe und einfach Klasse, alles was das Herz begehrt war vorhanden. Räumlichkeiten sauber und die Tische waren liebevoll gedeckt.
Kaffeemaschine mit Zubehör auch für Tee auf dem Zimmer
Einstellhallen Parkplatz vorhanden.

Cons:

Etwas findet man immer was nicht gefällt.
Gefallen hat uns sogar die etwas in die Jahre gekommene Ausstattung des Zimmers. Für uns jedoch hatte einen gewissen Charme.

Pros:

Dass wir ein Zimmer in der oberen Etage auf unseren Wunsch hin bekommen haben.

Cons:

Dass man uns ein Ticket für den Parkplatz verkauft hat, obwohl dort kein Platz frei war. Eine Wendemöglichkeit ist zudem kaum gegeben.

Außerdem ist der starke Lärm der Lüftung im Badezimmer nicht auszuhalten. Wir haben das Bad deshalb ohne Beleuchtung genutzt, weil der Lärm sehr viel Stress verursacht hat – selbst beim Duschen. Das muss unbedingt geändert werden.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gern wieder.
Pros:

Eine super verkehrsgünstige Lage und trotzdem schön ruhiges Umfeld. Super nah an der Konzerthalle wenn ihr mal dort zu einer Veranstaltung wollt. Ein sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal . Die Haus-Bar ist zu empfehlen. Und das kommende Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen in Vielfältigkeit und Frische. Kurzum : gern wieder. Empfehlenswert!

Wiederholter Aufenthalt. Bin zufrieden.
Pros:

Hab mich auch zum zweiten Mal insgesamt sehr wohlgefühlt.
Konnte ruhig schlafen. Wasser und Kaffeezubereitungsmöglickeit im Zimmer.
Gutes Frühstück. Freundliches Personal im Frühstücksrestaurant.

Cons:

Zimmer mit Aussicht zum Stadthallengarten sind schöner.
Diesmal hatte ich Zimmer 713 mit Blick zur Straße -okay.
Im Vergleich zum letzten Jahr hab ich für 2 Übernachtungen mit Frühstück 50 Euro mehr bezahlt.
Ein junger Mann an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich. 2 jüngere Damen eher mäßig freundlich.
