The location was spectacular: Right there in the heart of Segovia, within easy walking distance of the city's many sites. The downside with the location is that if you are driving, the hotel requires valet parking. So it's a little difficult to just decide to hop in your car for whatever reason. But, that doesn't mean you can't, and again, the location is such that there was plenty to do without needing a car. Attractive and interesting hotel. Friendly, helpful staff.
Room temperatures (A/C) controlled at the front desk. You can ask for the temperature to be adjusted, but it would be easier if each room had its own controls.
Location is fantastic spa is very good and the staff is super helpful/ I will stay there everytime I come to segovia.

Valet parking in a secure indoor location is available.
Nice room with tea/coffee making facilities and a bath
