Cons:

cuando haces la reserva crees que estas reservando y tienes derecho a Spa pero solo cuando pagas la noche es cuando et dicen que el spa no esta incluido y es un costo por persona nada barato y con el que no habias contado

Aconsejo este hotel.
Pros:

Hotel recomendable, tranquilo,en la plaza mayor,amabilidad de todos sus trabajadores que te hacen la estancia cómoda y muy serviciales.A destacar el servicio que tienen de recoge coches que no te tienes que preocupar de buscar garaje.Muchas gracias a Ricardo por su amabilidad y servicio.

La ubicacion y el trato del personal

Cons:

La habitacion estaba al lado del asensor y se oia todo el rato si subia y bajaba la habitacion hacia calor pues estaba arriba del todo y para poder poner y quitar el aire acondicionado tenias que llamar a recepcion para que lo hicieran desde alli

Totalmente recomendable para pasar unos días en Segovia.
Pros:

Ubicación excepcional y trato impecable del personal. Me sentí como en casa.

Cons:

La climatización de la habitación, porque estaba centralizada en recepción y para apagar o encender el climatizador había que llamar a recepción cada vez. Ese sistema debería actualizarse.

Pros:

Un sitio muy normal pero muy bien ubicado.
El chico de recepción fue un encanto y súper amable.

Cons:

La distancia al Parking, tienes que cruzar Segovia cargado de maletas.

La cama era un poco incómoda y que el aire acondicionado no pudiese controlarse personalmente fue algo incómodo.
Había que llamar a recepción siempre que quisiera encender o apagar el aire
