Pros:

Weltklasse Service: Das Personal hat als wir ankamen ihr eigenes Auto umgeparkt um uns einen der günstigen Parkplätze direkt vor dem Hotel zu überlassen. 6 € über EasyPark statt 24 € im Parkhaus, welches 350 m entfernt ist. Wirklich klasse!

Good option if you're staying to walk around Como; access to city buses is good, too
Pros:

Great location, although the sidewalk in the area is rather narrow to carry a luggage.
The staff mans the reception 24/7.
The rooms are big and quite comfortable.
WiFi reception is very good.

Cons:

The staff is kind, but a bit disorganised.
The pillows were not the best I've found in a hotel.

Pros:

Lovely, quiet and spacious room, with everything you need for a great stay.
Iron and iron board available upon request at reception which was great.
We could also leave our luggage at reception after check-out.

Cons:

Room was a little dark but that shouldn't be too much of a problem if you're planning to be out and about all day.

Great location. Short convenient walk from Como train station and to central restaurants!
Pros:

We loved the fact that the hotel was only a short 5-8 min walk from the train station so we didn't have to lug our luggage very far across uneven roads to arrive at the hotel. They graciously held our luggage for us when we arrived early before check in time, and they held it on our final check out day so we could explore luggage-free. Spacious room with basic amenities and we had a great street view on the 3rd floor. They have central AC but also included a standing fan in case it was too hot in the summer (we never needed it!). The location is unbeatable too - close short walk to all the central Como restaurants and lake front. Was a very nice walk at night after dinner, very safe and flat!

Great location.
Pros:

Its location is great. Between the train station and ferries, all in a 10-15 minute distance.
The bathroom is almost the size of the bedroom. The personel is very helpful.

Rooms could have been larger.
