Categories

Cleanliness
6
Several guests reported strong smoke odor, mold in the shower and musty/unfresh rooms; cleanliness is inconsistent across stays.
Service
8.6
Multiple comments praise friendly and helpful staff and effective helpdesk support, though there are isolated reports of poor phone handling and absent staff late at night.
Location
9.2
Frequently noted as convenient — close to the motorway, near the main train station/Hbf and easy access to town; good for one-night stopovers and road trips.
Room Quality
7.2
Rooms are generally adequate for short stays (some have balconies), but issues reported include small/cramped rooms, warm temperatures and occasional bed/linen problems.
Amenities
7.4
Basic amenities like parking and in-room tea/coffee are available; however, there is no air conditioning in rooms, self check-in limitations and some electronic reception problems.
Value for Money
8.5
Overall good value for short stays and road-trip stops (affordable, parking available) despite some extra charges for parking and occasional service hiccups.
Food and Beverage
7
Breakfast opinions are mixed: some guests praise the buffet, others find the choice limited and note hot food may be gone early.
Overall Experience
7.7
Mixed but generally acceptable for short stays: convenient location and helpful staff balance cleanliness and comfort issues for an overall average positive stay.

Pros:
