Lovely and helpful staff
Pros:

The woman at the front desk was lovely and so helpful and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good with lots of options. The hotel was a short walk to the old town. We would definitely stay here again.

Stadtnähe aber doch sehr ruhig

Relativ eng im Zimmer und recht warm. Klima wollte nicht funktionieren - Einstellung 18 Grad und hat warm geblasen.

Cons:

Da die Rezeption unregelmässig besetzt ist, musste ich mich online einchecken. Vor Ort fand das Gerät meine Reservation nicht. Es klappte dann mittels einem Anruf auf die publizierte Notfallnummer.
