De vrouw die aan de receptie werkte, ik denk dat haar naam Karima was, was vriendelijk en hielp iedereen. Ook de mensen die daar werken zijn respectvol. Het hotel zelf heeft een uitstekende ligging en is erg schoon.

Old hotel with cigarette-smelling rooms in a good location
Pros:

Good location, close to Havaist airport shuttle end station, close to tram station

Cons:

Shisha bar without windows downstairs - the same space is used for breakfast. Cigarette smell everywhere (including the rooms!). The hotel does not have non-smoking rooms - all rooms have ashtrays inside. Staff at the reception does not speak english. Breakfast is the same every day (with very few options in terms of fruit and vegetables).

Wir wurden ausgeraubt. Die Tasche wurde geklaut, direkt beim einchecken. Keine Hilfe vom Personal. Viel Mut für die, die das Hotel buchen werden. Die Zimmer waren auch voll verraucht.
