Pros:

Otel konum olarak iyi. Plaja yakın, havuzu yeterli. Karaincir koyundaki plaj otele yürüme mesafesinde. Denizi güzel. Odalar hayvan dostu bir otele göre temiz. Tek sıkıntı odaya çıkan merdivenler. Bizim odamız 3.katta olduğu için zorlandık açıkcası. Sağlık probleminiz varsa alt katları tercih edin. Otelde geliştirilmesi gereken kahvaltı, akşam yemeği ve plajdaki servis hizmeti. Kahvaltısı çok fazla beklentiniz yoksa idare eder ancak akşam yemeği maalesef yetersiz. Çorba, ana yemek ve 4 çeşit mezeden oluşan set servis tek bir menü çıkarıyorlar. Seçenek olmaması bir yana yemekler kötü. Sabah kahvaltısı saat 8-10 akşam yemeği akşam saat 20-22 arası. Onun haricinde gün içinde otelde çay bile yok. Plajda içecek patates kızartması söyledik bir saatte geldi. Neyseki otelin yanında migros var oradan birşeyler alabiliyorsunuz. Ancak onu da odanızda yemeniz gerekiyor. Otelin yemek bölümündeki masalarında yerseniz Ateş Hanım kızıyor. :)) Onun dışında otel çalışanları ve Tolga bey gayet iyi, güleryüzlüler. Ancak üzülerek belirtmeliyim ki bu oteli tekrar tercih etmem.

The hotel staff were very nice
Pros:

Our stay was pleasant, the hotel staff were very helpful and considerate.
They changed our room because the one they initially gave us had no internet connection.
The breakfasts and dinners that were included were very tasty and the portions were appropriate.
They have a private beach with sun loungers 4 minutes walk from the hotel where the private parking is.

Delighted with our choice
Pros:

We were very happy with our choice of hotel as the Mare Garden. It's nicely located just off the beach road in Akyarlar and though you walk up steps to the rooms it's worth it as those with views of the pool are lovely.
The hotel is well managed, very tidy / precise in it's cleaning regimes. The breakfast terrace is lovely with tables in the shade or sun ; the breakfast itself is great. If you're having dinner included then it's a set menu. The hotel was nice and quiet but if you wanted more nightlife / options then an easy dolmus ride to Turgurtreis.
The small private beach area is well looked after and loungers always seemed available. Akyarlar bay itself is small-ish with occasional beach food sellers ( hot corn , fruit ).
All of the staff were absolutely lovely and did brilliant jobs ; we were made to feel very welcome. Thank you.

Grocery /convenience store within a few steps to provide items you might need
