KATASTROFA. NIKDY VÍCE!!!!

Snídaně jednoduchá, obyčejná

Cons:

Na chodbách koberce plné drobků, hlavní skleněná fasáda nad vstupem nebyla čištěna snad od postavení hotelu - bylo na ní všude tuny prachu , obrovské pavučiny (myslím tím z interiérové strany).
A co byla naprostá katastrofa, tak to bylo to, že asi ve 2200h vypnuli klimatizaci a do hodinky bylo v pokoji tak 30°C. Polštáře byly tvrdé jako BETON. V noci jsme s kolegou nespali skoro ani minutu. Byl jsem úplně propocenej. Prostě NEJSTRAŠNĚJŠÍ zážitek v mém životě z hotelu a to jsem byl ve stovkách hotelů. Prostě KATASTROFA. NIKDY VÍCE!!!! To vše hovoří o vedení hotelu!!! Jo a tato STRAŠNÁ noc stála NESKUTEČNÉ peníze 173,-€. Velice rád bych toto chtěl dál řešit, protože ta cena za noc byla NAPROSTO NEADEKVÝTNÍ. Mohli byste se (Booking.com) prosím k tomuto vyjádřit? Una notte per Vasco a Ferrara
Pros:

Ambiente pulito. Camere ampie ordinate e comode. Colazione buona a buffet dolce e salato. Personale cordiale. Parcheggio libero gratuito davanti alla struttura.

Camere carine, staff gentile e colazione abbondante

Cons:

Nella mia camera c’era bisogno di un po’ di manutenzione su alcuni oggetti. La cosa peggiore, però, è stata il non aver potuto accendere l’aria condizionata, in quanto troppo presto (fine aprile). Con la camera esposta al sole è un problema nelle giornate calde.

Struttura da tenere in conto se sarò in zona
Pros:

Camera bella e spaziosa, molto pulita, la doccia molto suggestiva con le luci blu. Ristorante molto buono.

Cons:

Il cameriere del ristorante non molto attento, parlava con quelli che sembravano essere conoscenti ma guardava poco i tavoli, ho aspettato mezz’ora perché venisse a chiedermi di eventuale dolce o caffè, alla fine sono andata via senza né uno né l’altro. Un po delusa perché la qualità del cibo era ottima.

Nice overall structure could do with attention to detail
