Haziranda Hotele girişde hiç karşılama yokdu,
Ilk verdikleri odanın banyo kapısı kırıktı, yatak temiz değildi, ikinci oda da TV hiç çalışmiyordu iki kez söyledikden sonra tv yi değişdirdiler, kahvaltı hergün aynı, hiç güler yüzlü kimse yok, çevre çok gürültülü.
Kimseye Tavsiye etmem, birdaha da gitmem.

You have to remember the vibrant area it is situated, however like many hotels around the area it is very tired.
However if the staff had a smile that would help.
If the rooms were cleaned fully rather than leaving someone’s used dental floss on the floor.
The bathrooms need a make over.

So not the best experience I have ever had bit equally it was acceptable to the location that we needed to be in.

Star rating given on website for Grand Emin is 3.5 but its not a 3 star hotel. Rooms are very compact, bathroom is so small you cant stand and go through the galls door for shower.
No electric kettle provided.

Only good thing is that Hotel is near to tourist places.

Overall about hotel and customer services is ZERO.

It's very close to everything and they are very friendly

The room was small, bathroom was very small and poorly fixed toilet seat and shower. The breakfast was very basic and daily repeated. Most of the room's light bulbs were not working and the TV would not turn on. Otherwise the location was very good and near public transportation.

Beklentilerimi karşıladı. Sadece yan odada yabancı uyruklu Çiftin geceye yakın bir zamanda kavga etmeleri ve eşini dövmesi huzurumu çok bozdu. Nerdeyse Otelden ayrılmak yada başka bir oda talep etme noktasına geldim.

The hotel does not have a rooftop swimming pool. It is a reservoire approx. 5x2x1m big, which they call a pool.
The air conditioning device works poor.
Bathroom is too small.

Had the worst room i ever had black seiling and black floor and the worst is the bathroom

Close to sights, close to restaurants, rooms are clean but hit and miss on how nice. My room had a widow into another room lol. Desk manager was like Fawlty towers. Rude but to the point of amusement so I didn't mind.

It was our worst hotel stay ever, nothing is clean, the staff wasnt friendly at all for ex. In the breakfast room the knife fall on the floor and the waiter pushed it with his feet to the kitchen.. i will never ever go back ... spend more money and go to other hotel it would be better anytime!

We it was not good at all because I booked nonsmoking room and they give me the room that even all the blankets was smiling like a cigarettes and I have companies but they told me that's what is it it was so rode

프런트에 근무하는 직원들에게 여행사응용해 그룹투어를 예약했는데 가격을 깍지도않고 주었지만 당초약속과는 아주달랐고 컴플레인을하니 알아듣지못할 소리만 지껄인다. 절대로 여행예약하지 마시길

Staying at another hotel with much better and more competitive services at lower prices, I felt disappointed at this hotel. What is called a swimming pool is just a plastic basin on the roof. The room was not comfortable, especially with relevance to the AC and environment. There was no shampoo. The hotel was made to be economic. The breakfast was OK. The staff were kind; however, not much professional. I was kept waiting to get my room for a while. I hope that more improvement can be made on the hotel services, and provide more competitive prices.
