The location was great and the staff was friendly. It had a nice breakfast and the rooms were clean. Our room had a nice new shower. We were there in September so it was fine, but it should be clear that there is no air-conditioning.
We were in an attic room and would have been upset if it was hot with no air conditioning. Also, they advertised two separate twin beds and it was two twin beds pushed together.

Location was great. 3 minutes walk from Plonlein.
Apartment was big and spacious . Bathroom was huge.

Staff on front desk were polite and helpful. Breakfast staff were good.
It's an all in one living room, kitchen and bedroom. So wasn't an issue for us (2A,3C) as we only got in late and stayed for one night.
Key didn't work on sensor when coming back on after 8. Another guest had the same issue. Took about 10 minutes before it worked.
Breakfast was ok - cooked breakfast was average at best. Continental breakfast was good.
Still water in the room would have been great instead of sparkling but no major issue.

Our family room was spacious and very comfortable. We loved the small areas within the hotel and gardens where we could socialise with our family for drinks and some downtime. Restaurants were within an easy walking distance. Parking which we had pre booked was easily accessible.
The location was amazing, and the room was perfect for my family traveling with children. We could walk to all the sights, and everything clean and well maintained. Breakfast was great, and I felt the experience was well worth the money.
The room did not have air conditioning. The weather was not too hot while I was there, but I would not plan another trip during the summer.
