The water supply failed for 24 hours.
A little far from Santiago but taxis were reasonable and efficient.
Un entorno de ensueño, rodeado de unas vistas y paz increíbles. Decoración del hotel muy bonita, acorde al lugar. Desayuno riquísimo!
El agua de la piscina necesitaba algo más de limpieza, de los bichitos que le caen
el personal es de 10, la ubicación es perfecta si lo que quieres es desconectar y no visitar mucho la ciudad ya que son 10/15 min por una carretera no muy buena y con 0 iluminación, pero lo dicho, perfecta para desconectar si es tu objetivo. el sitio es precioso y la casa cuenta con varios espacios que puedes aprovechar con total libertad, el personal de la cena y del desayuno muy bueno.
tuvimos que cambiar de habitación y nos avisaron con poca antelación (justo estábamos saliendo del hotel) pero hay que decir que nos cambiaron a una mejor y se encargaron ellos de mover las cosas a la otra;
una de las cosas que nos sorprendió fue que a las 11:30 (el check out es a las 12) ya no teníamos absolutamente nada de agua en la habitación, supongo que tendrán programado el horario del agua

Nothing really. Just need to know that restaurants and sightseeing are a good 30 min away. Not really a place for children. More of a quiet getaway for adults.

Fine dining at is very best and much understated on the web site. Buildings location rooms furnishings grounds all stunning and feels more like staying in a large family home that has guests than any hotel. And so beautifully quiet. Outstanding.
There is nothing to dislike
prachtig en sfeervol hotel in oud klooster. heel wat originele elementen en mooi gemeubeld. zeer lekker eten met vriendelijke bediening. men spreekt vlot engels.
voor minder mobiele mensen zijn er veel hoogteverschillen, zwembad is mooi maar wat afgelegen met weinig bedjes. parking vrij krap bemeten. doordat het hotel erg afgelegen is zijn er geen restaurants in de buurt, wordt wel gecompenseerd door prima restaurant in het hotel met zeer correcte prijzen
Tutto, un paradiso!
O estilo antigo e sempre limpo da casa e dos jardins, o atendimento dos funcionários, o jantar estava excelente o que superou as nossas espetativas. O pequeno almoço muito bom . A decoração interior da casa linda. Uma coisa que gostamos foi o silêncio, pois estavamos completamente isolados de tudo, inclusive verificamos que passeavam alguns animais pela propriedade ( coelhos) Voltaremos logo que possivel.
No passeio pelos jardins deparamos com um poço de água com pouca segurança e quase aberto na sua boca, perto da piscina. Pediram para ter contenção no gasto da água o que fizemos, uma vez que so tinham um poço para consumo da casa. Avisaram que a água era imprópria para consumo e muito bem, mas só uma sugestao: que tal fazer uns poços de furo?
