The property is in a great location. We stayed in the pink room and it was stunning. The detail in the room was gorgeous. The ceiling and chandelier was so pretty. Jacuzzi was so nice, especially after walking around all day.
The only thing I can really critique would be the lack of places to sit in the hotel after check out, as our flight was late coming home.
Location, room upgrade, customer service was top notch. They arranged my private water taxi, got us in a room early to help beat the heatwave and even gave us an upgrade. Wonderful place to stay.
