Cons:

Das personal hat am morgen sehr viel lärm gemacht und wir haben mehrmals dir Frau die das frühstück zubereitet hat gehört wie sie gehistet und gespuckt hat. Wir konnten nicht essen.

These people are not afraid to scam you – they ruined the arrival of my engagement weekend
Pros:

We booked a private water taxi through the hotel as a surprise. What we got: 20 minutes in a car + 10 minutes on a boat that didn’t even take us to the hotel.

This cost €170.

For comparison: a real private water taxi from the airport to the city center costs ~€150 and is actually direct.

We raised this with the hotel — they took zero responsibility.

Completely misleading and a terrible start to a special weekend.
Be careful booking anything through them. Never again.
