Die Lage ist wirklich perfekt. Auch sehr ruhig abends. Das Personal war sehr sehr freundlich. Das Essen beim Frühstücksbuffet war gut und das Zimmer sauber.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind sehr sehr klein (11qm). Wir sind mit Rucksack gereist, das war okay. Wenn man mit Koffer reist, weiß ich allerdings nicht, wo man diesen unterbringen sollte. Die wenigen Kleiderhaken können von normal großen Menschen außerdem nicht erreicht werden
Das Bett war eher unbequem (und wohl auch schon älter) und die Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer hat nicht funktioniert. Der Kaffee am Frühstücksbuffet war wirklich unterirdisch. Einige Italienier sind runter zur nächsten Bar und haben dort ihren Kaffee getrunken. Für den hohen Preis hatten wir uns mehr erwartet.

Πολύ καλό ξενοδοχείο, στο κέντρο της Βενετίας κοντά στη γέφυρα Ριάλτο. Τα δωμάτια μεγάλα και άνετα, πολύ καθαρά, σε εξαιρετική σχέση ποιότητας τιμής. Το πρωινό ικανοποιητικό σε ένα καταπληκτικό χώρο. Παρόλο που την τελευταία μέρα, φεύγαμε πριν την ώρα του πρωινού, μας το ετοίμασαν νωρίτερα.

Pequeno almoço ok, mas com pouca variedade.

Cons:

O chão do quarto não era aspirado. Encontrámos cabelos loiros, brancos que não eram nossos claramente.
A cama não era confortável.
Não tinha espaço para guardar as nossas coisas, nem cabides. Tinha um armário muito pequeno.

Ostatnio zatrzymałam się w tym hotelu i niestety muszę wyrazić duże niezadowolenie. Personel był raczej obojętny, a moje prośby o zmianę pokoju, mimo że byłam bardzo zmęczona i prosiłam o ciszę, zostały zignorowane. Mieszkałam na parterze i w pokoju było słychać dosłownie wszystko – każde otwarcie drzwi, rozmowy personelu, gości, a nawet każde stukanie. Śniadania były bardzo słabe – jajecznica była zimna i niesmaczna, wędliny wątpliwej jakości. Poza rogalikami właściwie nie dało się nic zjeść. Niestety, nie polecam tego miejsca.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, I have to express my strong dissatisfaction. The staff were generally indifferent and unhelpful. Despite my requests, as I was extremely tired and asked for a quiet room, nothing was done. I was placed on the ground floor, and the room was extremely noisy – every door opening, every guest coming in, every staff conversation was audible, both on the phone and in person. The breakfast was also very poor – the scrambled eggs were cold and tasteless, and the cold cuts were questionable. Besides the croissants, there was really nothing worth eating. Sadly, I do not recommend this place.
