Pros:

Ubytování bylo absolutně perfektní. Lokalita ideální už v ne tak rušných uličkách ale uprostřed historického centra. Pokoje nádherné, ve společenské místnosti na snídaně se člověk díky výzdobě cítí jako v paláci. Ubytování nám zajistilo transfery z letiště takže jsme si mohli vychutnávat jen pohodu. Vřele doporučuji.

Ein ganz wundervolles Hotel. Hierher würden wir wiederkommen.
Pros:

Das Hotel ist aufwändig und liebevoll modernisiert. Alle Zimmer sind individuell gestaltet. Aber der besondere Flair des alten Gebäudes ist erhalten.
Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich.
Das Hotel liegt an einem kleinen, relativ ruhigen Platz. Gute Restaurants sind direkt daneben. In der nächsten Nebenstraße pulsiert dann wieder das Leben.

Cons:

Es gibt keinen Aufzug. Also sollte man nicht mit allzu schwerem Gepäck anreisen. Und wie in Venedig üblich, muss man auf dem Weg von der nächsten Vaporetto Station bis zum Hotel einige Treppen überwinden.

Um pouco longe da ferrovia. Dica é deixar malas grandes ao lado da ferrovia. Existe TB táxi de carrinho de mão. Facilita muito andar sem malas.

Terrible experience — I strongly advise against staying at this hotel.

I have traveled all over the world, from San Francisco to Indonesia, and I have never experienced anything like this before. Money was stolen from my room, most likely by a member of the housekeeping staff. I accidentally left the cash visible in the room because I simply forgot to take it with me when leaving. When I realized I did not have it, I returned to the hotel shortly afterwards. The room had already been cleaned, and the money was gone.

What made the situation even worse was the behavior of the hotel management. The manager was not present at the hotel and did not even bother to contact us or offer any kind of apology or concern regarding the incident.

The police have been informed, and everything has been officially documented.

I strongly discourage anyone from staying at this hotel, as there is clearly a thief working there. I lost 900 EUR, but someone else may lose jewelry, cosmetics, or other valuable belongings.

It is extremely sad and disappointing to have such a terrible experience in such a beautiful city.

Nettes Personal, gutes Frühstück, gute Lage. Großes Badezimmer.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war im Erdgeschoss, genau gegenüber der Rezeption. Das war etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Und es war etwas dunkel. Sonst waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Avec des boules quies et un petit déj de meilleure qualité le séjour serait parfait.
Pros:

Chambre agréable, bien décorée et fonctionnelle, grande douche et une baignoire jacuzzi. Emplacement central avec à proximité restauration et commerce. La salle pour le petit déjeuner est conviviale tout comme le personnel.

Cons:

Améliorer l'isolation phonique extérieure et intérieur, notre chambre donnait sur la salle du petit déjeuner et dès 6h30 nous entendions le personnel effectuer la mise en place pour les clients qui venaient se restaurer dès 7h30. Les œufs et le bacon étaient tièdes.
