Blick direkt auf den Rhein von der großen Terrasse am Zimmer.

Cons:

Personal hält Rauchpause direkt auf dem Parkplatz neben dem Haupteingang, dem Kücheneingang ab. Pause darf sein, Rauchen auch aber sicher findet sich ein versteckteres Plätzchen.

Das "Hotel" sollte als Hostel geführt werden und hat in der Kategorie Hotel nichts zu suchen!
Pros:

Das junge Mädchen im Restaurant hält den Laden am Laufen, ist schnell, höflich, hilfsbereit, die Chefs sind nur ab und zu da, da es noch ein weiteres Hotel mit einem sehr guten Standard im gleichen Ort gibt.
Die zwei Personen, die den Frühstücksservice organisieren sind sehr bemüht.

Cons:

Meine Freundin kam wie gebucht 1 Tag früher an, allerdings schon um 13h anstatt wie gebucht um 15h - dann hat man ihr ein Doppelzimmer gegeben anstatt des gebuchten Dreibettzimmers allerdings zum gleichen Preis. Man hätte ihr auch sagen können, dass sie zu früh ist und bis 15h warten muss. Ausserdem musste sie das Zimmer direkt für den ganzen Zeitraum bezahlen! Als ich am Freitag angereist bin und davon erfuhr, habe ich das reklamiert. Nach einigem Hin- und Her hat das junge Mädchen im Restaurant sich für uns eingesetzt und wir konnten eine Lösung finden - die Besitzer waren zunächst zu keinerlei Zugeständnis bereit! Bei einem anderen Gast ist der Bettrost zusammengebrochen usw.,..Als Hotel absolut nicht buchbar, als Hostel evtl. ok.

Cons:

Das Hotel schickte uns kurz vor unserer Ankunft eine Mail, dass sie uns nicht aufnehmen können und wir stattdessen in einem anderen Hotel 1 km entfernt untergebracht werden. Die Mail erreichte uns nicht rechtzeitig. Das Ersatzhotel war nicht am Rhein.

Für ein paar Tage zu dem Preis zu empfehlen.
Pros:

Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend, obwohl ich mehrere Stunden vor Check In da war.
Die Lage ist sehr schön und das Frühstück war passabel.

Cons:

Die Dusche war in schlechtem Zustand.
Der Durschkopf verkalkt und die Dichtungen unten an der Dusche alt und kaputt.
Außerdem schimmliges Silikon.

Die Matratze war recht hart.

Elke dag moesten op hun andere locatie ontbijten. Waar als je 09.00 uur ging zitten er bijna niks meer te krijgen was
Er werd niet elke dag schoongemaakt.
De eigenaar verzon elke keer n andere smoes waarom dat
Zo was.
En als klap op de vuurpijl werd ons verzocht dit hotel te verlaten omdat er bus vol met mensen was geboekt.
Wij moesten dan naar hun andere hotel .
Daar wij geen.zin hadden om voor 1 nacht alles weer in en uit te pakken hebben we voor 1 nacht ons geld teruggekregen.

Ich habe bis heute keine Rechnung bekommen, 2 mal geschrieben, 3 mal angerufen, Die weigern sich eine Rechnung auszustellen. Am Abend war es zu spät und morgens keiner da, da Frühstück in einem anderen Haus zubereitet wird.

Booked this place for my family and I during a tour aroynd Rhein. I saw people complaining about stupid things in their reviews but booked it. They couldnt host us in this hotel so they moved us to their 'brother'hotel 300 meters far from there..
Everything was sparkling clean the personel accomodating, a nice view of the river and a perfect breakfast..
I get so angry when people book hotels that cost 1/3 of the expensive hotels but then they have the audacity to judge them with 5 star hotels standards.. BOOK this place without any second thoughts! Its perfect value for money and dont read the reviews of the people who always complain!

Pros:

Gute Lage zum Anschluss des Rheinsteigs. Einfache aber ausreichende Zimmerausstattung, gerade für Wanderer völlig ausreichend. Lecker Abends im Restaurant gegessen. Frühstück wurde im Schwesterhotel Rheinkönig angeboten. Es fehlte an nichts, verschiedene Eierspeisen im Angebot. Gute Stärkung für eine Wandertour.
