Pros:

Absolutely beautiful old building. A very gracious home once, that has welcomed guests for a number of years. It's in a great position for exploring and all the duty managers are kind, helpful and well informed. This was our second stay and we weren't disappointed.

Amazing and friendly staff! Ladies at the front desk were always cheerful and helpful, the cleaning ladies were very polite and left the room spotless.

Unevenness in the shower - water that won't drain, however the area was very clean.

Lo viejo que está todo. No hay ascensor, tuvimos que subir 41 escalones desde la entrada hasta la habitación cargando con el equipaje. Habitación con poca luz, da a un patio interior muy pequeño. El pequeño armario parece un confesionario, no sirve para guardar ropa

Beautiful old world hotel.
Pros:

A beautiful hotel with old world charm quiet and right in the city centre. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, and we loved relaxing on the patio with a book and coffee or a drink.
