Pros:

This hotel is amazing. The staff is phenomenal, waiters are very polite and happy especially Tommy who was in the morning. The buffee is small but somehow has everything you need and it is beautifully put to places. Amazing. The recepcionist was waiting for us because we arrived late and helped us thru everything. The rooms are also very nice and very clean. I recomed it to everyone who is coming to Trieste.

Cons:

Lack of private parking that's not on the street.

Klasse Hotel, perfekte Lage, super freundliches Team, super Frühstück!!! Komme gerne wieder!
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, die Parkgarage, für die es 15 % Rabatt vom Hotel gibt, ist nur 200 Meter entfernt. Das Personal ist mindestens zweisprachig, meist sogar dreisprachig (Italienisch, Englisch, Deutsch) Das Zimmer ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die Betten hervorragend. Ein Problem mit der Handbrause wurde nach Reklamation noch am selben ABEND, bevor wir vom Essen zurückkehrten, gelöst; es wurde eine völlig neue Handbrause installiert. Das ist hervorragender Service! Das Frühstück ist nicht zu toppen; es ist einfach alles vorhanden, sogar frische Kuchen und Gebäck, neben den obligatorischen Dingen, die für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie zu erwarten sind. Der Service beim Frühstück ebenfalls Klasse; Staff Tommy leistet mit seinem Team ganze Arbeit!

Schönes Altstadthaus in zentraler Lage
Pros:

Wie immer alles tip top. Super Frühstück; Chef der Frühstücksküche Tommy war besonders aufmerksam! Tolle Lage mitten in der Altstadt und nahe der Garage San Giusto. Gerne wieder.

Sehr gutes Hotel, nettes Personal mit fantastischer Lage, um Triest zu erkunden
Pros:

Die Lage ist bestens, das Frühstücksbuffet überwältigend. Das Personal, angefangen von der Rezeption bis hin zum Servicepersonal rund um Tommy waren mega freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Anmutung von außen (spiegelt nicht wider, was einen drinnen erwartet, Blick aus dem Zimmer ( aufgrund der Innenstadtlage direkt auf ein mit 3 m Abstand benachbartes Haus)

Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war sehr groß und köstlich, besonders die selbstgemachten Kuchen...Tommy war außergewöhnlich aufmerksam.
Das Hotel liegt gut zentral, zu Fuß das meiste erreichbar.

Cons:

Zum Glück gab es sehr gute Fenster- Lärm bis spät in die Nacht von den Lokalen in der Nähe.
