Complimentary bottles of water needed a bottle opener, they should maybe think about screw on caps instead. Not everyone has a bottle opener with them or provide one in each room ?
Ubicación y personal bastante buena
Todo genial, por decir algo no nos gusto que para acceder desde el parking a la zona de nuestra habitación hay que coger dos ascensores ya que desde el parking no se puede llegar al ala de nuestra habitación ( 519) y una vez en el ala que nos corresponde el ascensor está bastante retirado de la habitación, falta de ascensores en la planta para la cantidad de habitaciones que tiene el hotel
Très bel hôtel, chambre vue sur mer trop top, calme, propre, très grand lit et sdb, espace piscine top, le seul point négatif est l espace repas, un peu trop cantine bruyante, et le repas à 22e, buffet tjs cantine malgré le choix !

La comida en abundancia y la habitación muy amplia
La bañera con cortina, demasiada gente en zonas comunes y mucha distancia entre la habitación y zonas comunes
Ubicación, limpieza, instalaciones grandes, buffet muy bien organizado para tanta gente.
Hemos estado en un apartamento de 1 habitación y hemos echado de menos varias cosas: un kit de lavavajillas con estropajo y bayeta y una escoba y recogedor (en todos los apartamentos que hemos ido lo tenían, ya que si ofreces servicio para cocinar debemos poder lavar los platos y vasos).
La habitación y la piscina
En el buffet era siempre la misma comida, y luego en la plancha y en el wok habia que esperar un ratazo.. las bebidas q te cobran en el bufett carisimas , el hotel calidad precio tendria q ser algo mas económico.
Habitaciones muy amplias, zonas comunes y piscina estupenda
En general las instalaciones están bien pero la comida del buffet no es de calidad, bastante artificial y me llamó la atención que en un hotel de 4 estrellas no se incluya ni siquiera agua con la cena y todas las bebidas se tengan que pagar aparte

La habitación, pequeña, antigua, baño de los 60, cortinas que no se podían tocar del polvo que tenían.
El buffet muy bueno. No se le dan bien las paellas, pero como había bastante variedad.....
El personal rápido y atento.
El agua de la piscina exterior muy fría.
Que se terminaron mis vacaciones. ☹️
Nos encantó absolutamente todo. Era cómodo, limpio, la comida deliciosa y muy divertido. Estamos muy agradecidos con el personal, especialmente con Valeria en recepción y Hannah en el restaurante. Un agradecimiento especial a las camareras por mantener el lugar limpio y acogedor. Recomendamos encarecidamente este hotel. Sin duda volveremos.
