Cons:

Algunos días las piscinas estaban completamente masificada. Ignoro si es por grupos con pase de día. El comedor es lamentable tanto el espacio como la aglomeración como la comida. Nosotros ya habíamos ido otro año y esta vez elegimos solo alojamiento y desayuno. En el Naos se come bien y a 2 minutos andando hay un chiringuito (poniente) que se come de maravilla.

Estuvimos super agusto, el hotel impresionante, al lado de la playa que es preciosa y lo mejor los camareros son unos máquinas, nos vinimos para Almería con el corazón lleno de haber conocido a gente tan buena. En especial a Joaquín, a Barbara y Paula. Un besito para ellos😘😘

Hotel no responde
Cons:

No pudimos dormir, pedimos cuna y no nos la pusieron y la bañera no tragaba. Lo dijimos en recepción y no nos echaron cuenta. Hice la reclamación y llevo un mes esperando tanto yo como booking que el hotel de alguna respuesta. A ver si así lo leen y responden

Pros:

La habitación súper espaciosa. Íbamos un grupo grande y nos acomodaron a todos en el mismo ala del Hotel. La zona de grandes toboganes es un acierto.

Cons:

Animación muy justita. El restaurante un poco caótica. Nadie que organizara a los comensales en las mesas mínimamente. La comida abundante, pero sin variedad. Para unas fechas señaladas deberían haber estado operativos más servicios. El gimnasio es muy pequeño para el número de habitaciones del hotel.

Buena experiencia en familia
Pros:

La atención del personal, sobretodo en restauración. Soy intolerante al gluten y en cocina estaban muy atentos a mis necesidades.
También que es pet friendly.

Cons:

Que para pedir no basta con la pulsera de todo incluido sino que hay que llevar la tarjeta de la habitación. El todo incluido se acaba a las 12:00h aunque tengas el almuerzo o la salida ampliada.

Comfortable well run hotel
Pros:

This is a well run hotel in an excellent location. We stayed for a week half board in late May. The rooms are large and well equipped, staff work hard and all without exception were pleasant and helpful.
Food was buffet style and good quality. The beach is a few minutes walk away and is great for long walks.

Cons:

The buffet can be very busy, we enjoyed the outside dining space.
The resort itself is very quiet with little entertainment other than the hotel. This suited us but may not suit everyone
