No era lo que se esperaba
Pros:

El servicio de limpieza de las habitaciones y de las instalaciones.

Cons:

No se indica en ningún momento de la reserva que los toboganes y la zona splash únicamente está abierta viernes, sábados y domingos lo que es realmente una faena si vas con niños, muy mal.

Tampoco se indica a la hora de hacer la reserva que el bar de la piscina solo abre durante las mañanas de lunes a jueves. Para pedir bebidas tienes que salir de la piscina, vestirte y caminar hasta el bar que está fuera detrás de la recepción, luego vuelve cargado con las bebidas con el riesgo de que se te caiga algo o derrame la bebida en todo el camino. Completamente inadmisible para un hotel 4 estrellas al que se le presumen unos servicios mínimos para la calidad de la estancia del cliente.

Las enormes distancias que hay que recorrer desde los pocos ascensores que hay (2) hasta las habitaciones, es algo que no entiendo. Pasillos kilométricos que se hacen aún más largos si vas con equipaje.

Pros:

Todo nos encantó , pero el bar dedicado al deporte , un ambiente y decorado muy chulo .
Las comidas ,y bebidas incluidas.todo muy rico .
Y los chicos animadores de por la noche y el día en la piscina .

El personal hace la estancia muy agradable. Tanto los animadores, camareras de piso, personal de recepción y restaurantes. Todos estupendos. Las instalaciones y comidas muy bien.
