Food and service terrible
Pros:

really disappointed in this hotel- it is NOT 4star! they shut the restaurants and bars leaving just the food hall and entertainment bar which is not what was advertised and meant we were all crammed together which was hideous. the food was repeated night after night- and was awful- the so called stations was someone frying fish and meat and left in a tray to get cold - same with chips- cold crunchy chips! bread was cheap and on some days the “baguettes” hadn’t been cooked properly. our mattress’s were broke - even feeling the springs pop-alongside the worst pillows i have ever seen- so bad we feel we need a holiday to get better as our backs are now so painful. also they do not give you a kettle in the room and refuse to let you have one as we weren’t in a superior room- i have never heard of anything like this before and i have travelled the world. the staff are miserable and work hard as it appeared to be very understaffed. there was one beach bar open outside the hotel that closed early-1830 ish- so absolutely no alternatives to their awful food unless you want to pay between €21 and €27 euros each way in taxi to Rota- the bus goes every 2hrs and stops running at 1900- and doesn’t run weekends.
the shared toilets some did not lock and the pool ones had no hand soap the entire week
we didn’t get what was advertised and were disappointed with quality and lack of choice- feel abit cheated to be honest

Verdaderamente me gustó todo como siempre quizá que este año las habitaciones no las han dado muy lejos de la recepción llevo muchos años yendo

La comida escasa y de mala calidad . La piscina cubierta turbia y sin socorrista los nenes de 13 o 14 años saltando desde lo alto de unas piedras y molestando a todo el mundo.a sido un fiasco de hotel

Pros:

Las piscinas, instalaciones y camas.
La animación para los niños

Cons:

El espacio del restaurante se hace pequeño para tanta gente, es complicado elegir en el buffet.
La comida en sí está buena y es variada, sin salirse de lo normal.

Me decepciono este hotel

Que en el todo incluido fuera todo de primeras marcas.

No me gustó, que el sábado me cerraran la cafetera y para entrenar a una fiesta en el hotel nos exigieran pagar una entrada para poder entrar, y no hubiera en todo el hotel un sitio para poder estar y tomarte una copa no me gustó nada, no me ha pasado nunca en ningún hotel.
Si te vas a un hotel sin ser verano, te vas para relajarte y disfrutar del hotel y vosotros nos dejasteis sin poder estar en ningún sitio a las 12 de la noche de un sábado con la excusa de una fiesta privada para sacarles a las personas 15€ por poder entrar a demás de seguir pagando las copas una vez dentro, cosa que mi marido yo no hicimos, no tuve otra opción de irme a mi habitación.
