Grand Hotel Osman

Sono stato due notti e non mi hanno rifatto la camera dopo la prima notte, inoltre il servizio ristorante scarso con la possibilità di scelta tra solo due primi e due secondi. Nota positiva la gentilezza del personale ma troppo poco per giustificare 5 stelle.

Probably was once a grand hotel, but sadly not anymore. Everything was pleasant enough, but this is no longer a 4 star hotel. Staff were helpful, the decor very dated, limited selection at breakfast and served a cold coffee at breakfast in Italy?

Avoid. Not a 4* hotel.
- There was a strange odour in the room.
- The room had not been cleaned properly, there were cobwebs found on the walls and on the ceiling.
- There are cracks on the walls along with water stains, the room in general is not in good condition.
- We have booked a king room but the bed is not a king or double bed but just two single beds pushed together.
- The aircon was noisy making a rattling sound when on.
- The soap holder in the bathroom was chipped and there was a big crack on the shower floor.
- The fixtures in the bathroom were also loose and the door was difficult to lock.
- We found hair lodged in the shower tray, so it seems that the bathroom had also not been properly cleaned.
- The breakfast was poor (€6 each). The bread and pastries were stale. There were no milk or bowls for cereal and only instant coffee was included with breakfast. It was bad quality coffee and we could not drink it, in order to have acceptable quality coffee we had to pay extra.

When we brought this to management's attention on the day after our first night stay, we received stares from the front desk staff as we walked through the foyer. I’ve attached their response in the photos, but essentially no resolution offered. They commented that the stale coffee was for a "group of Poles" and that we made a "very cheap reservation from Booking which does not include breakfast or swimming pools". It was not a cheap reservation, it was for a king room at a 4* hotel. They tried to explain away the issues with the air conditioning by saying that the room was not cooling down as it was hot outside. Clearly, it was an issue they were aware of. Terrible customer service. Didn't want to hear the issues when brought up at checkout.

Food was delicious. Every fish dish was optimal. Top of the line fresh and tasty. Truly an amazing and wonderful experience. Staff is amazing. They made the experience totally wonderful. Felt like being with family. Loved every moment of being there.

Perfetto, eccetto il wifi Che non funziona bene al 4o piano.

Personale molto cortese.Condizioni della struttura sicuramente non da 5 stelle ( ma da 3 stelle) centro SPA da dimenticare.Vecchio poco curato e in fase d' abbandono.

abbiamo prenotato una camera tripla on line e poco prima di arrivare ci hanno chiamato dicendoci che non c'era la tripla ma ci volevano dare due doppie a più del doppio del prezzo previsto dalla prenotazione e quindi non siamo stati loro ospiti e abbiamo dovuto trovare un'altra sistemazione all'ultimo momento.

Camere accoglienti. Ottimo ristorante.

Le 3 esperienze positive sono state il personale, la vasca idromassaggio in camera e la fantastica musica in sottofondo durante la cena con una location molto rilassante e nello stesso tempo vacanziera. Sulla colazione va assolutamente
migliorata perdono parecchi punti. La nuova gestione ha un gran lavoro davanti e gli faccio i miei migliori auguri .

Herausragender service tolles Personal man hat das Gefühl als würde man alle bereits Jahre lang kennen. Ich plane bereits meinen nächsten Urlaub dorthin.

Ottimo hotel in posizione strategica per una sosta dopo un lungo viaggio e mangiare bene nel suo ristorante.

Excellent place to stay. Price was great and also was the staff. Luigi especially at the front desk was excellent. I can’t wait to come back.

Breve sosta durante un lungo viaggio per Milano. Situato in prossimità dello svincolo autostradale. Struttura estremamente elegante e ben curata. Mi dispiace di non avere avuto il tempo di poter beneficiare di tutte le opportunità che l'Hotel offre. personale cortese e disponibile. Colazione eccellente caratterizzata da prodotti e dolci tipici del territorio. Consigliato per ogni esigenza ma sopratutto per una sosta romantica.
