Accueil , propreté , décoration , petit déjeuner du samedi , chambre .

Cons:

Parking arrière non sécurisé et non éclairé pour une arrivée vers 22h00 , alors que j'ai reçu : "Vous pourrez garer votre véhicule sur notre parking sécurisé situé à l'arrière de l'établissement. Le code du portail et de la porte d'entrée est le XXXX ."
Produits de toilette limités .
Petit déjeuner du samedi cher .
Petit déjeuner du dimanche très sommaire malgré un coût inférieur à celui du samedi .

L’emplacement sur Toulouse

Cons:

Il paraît que l’hôtel ouvrait ses portes après des congés. Lorsque l’on sait que des clients arrivent on prends la peine de mettre du chauffage une journée avant ! Notre lit n’était même pas fait ! Une seconde chambre nous a été donnée. Le plateau de courtoisie était sale ! Nous avons profité du bruit de la porte d’entrée tôt le matin !
