Cons:

Les chambres de la partie cabane sont exigûes. Le lit est collé à la fenêtre sur une estrade en bois. Il faut une certaine souplesse pour s'en extraire car un peu surélevé.
L'espace est réduit au minimum vital.
Les bruits très présents de cavalcades ou de jeu de ballon juste au dessus du lit de bonne heure le samedi matin. A se demander si un espace de jeux pour enfants se situe juste au dessus de la chambre !!
