Accueil particulièrement agréable. Gentillesse et sourire c'est très agréable.
Chambre tres spacieuse et propre et calme.
Pdj très bon et copieux.

Cons:

Le déclenchement automatique de la lumière en entrée de chambre. Pas top la nuit surtout lorsque on se lève par obligation.....

Comfortable bed and good breakfast, but let down by shocking staff rudeness and forced fees

The room was spacious, and both the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The air conditioning was excellent and worked perfectly throughout our stay. The breakfast was also very good with a nice selection.

Cons:

Unacceptable Staff Rudeness: On our final day, we approached the front desk to ask if a one-hour late checkout would be possible. Instead of stopping to listen, the receptionist completely ignored basic etiquette—she kept walking around doing other tasks while I was forced to follow her around like a fool just to get an answer. Without even stopping for a second or asking for my room number, she abruptly said "no" because another guest was checking in.

Her dismissive attitude and total lack of customer service were completely unacceptable. She clearly just wanted to get rid of me as quickly as possible. A receptionist should never treat a guest this way.

Hidden/Forced Fees: Upon arrival, we were told we needed to pay a city tax of €2.80 per person, per night, which matched our booking details perfectly. However, after we paid, the staff claimed they made a mistake and that the rate was actually €3.50 per night, essentially forcing us to pay the difference. This higher rate was nowhere to be found on our booking confirmation. I paid it simply because the difference was under €10, but the lack of transparency and the way it was handled felt incredibly unprofessional and dishonest.

The Shower: The shower cabin is incredibly small. It was almost impossible to wash my hair without constantly hitting my elbows against the glass.

Pros:

Tout! Nous venons plusieurs fois par an et ne sommes jamais déçus. L'emplacement, le personnel, petit déj, propreté, confort top pour un excellent rapport qualité/ prix.
