Great stay, great location and lovely staff.
Pros:

Very close to Pamukkale, minutes walk to entrance gates.
We got a room overlooking Pamukkale and it was perfect for watching the hot air balloons in the morning on the balcony.
Hotel staff all very welcoming and helpful.
Room comfortable and has everything you need.
We had breakfast, lunch and dinner and all the food was lovely.
Parking spaces right outside the hotel was very useful.

Pros:

Прекрасный отель, прям рядом со входом в Памуккале, мы приехали вечером, очень вкусно поужинали и ушли спать: с утра застали подъем шаров - это очень красиво и они взлетают прям у отеля, мы спустились вниз и пофоткались.
Завтрак включен в стоимость проживания и он простой и отличный - шакшука, яйца, сыры и овощи!
Потом к открытие пошли в Памуккале, так как пришли рано, то получили фото без толп.
Остаток дня провели в отеле - плавали и ели!
Очень довольны!

Amazing view and walking access to Pamukkale town gate
Pros:

Location very near the town gate for Pamukkale. You can easily walk to the gate in a few minutes and even if it’s uphill from the gates to the top of Pamukkale, it’s not steep. We easily walked this with our daughter, no taxi is needed (unless you want to go very early before the town gate opens at 8am).
Beautiful vies from the hotel and a good swimming pool.

Location. Facility itself has nothing wrong but a bit old

Location was fantastic, very close to terraces. The man who served breakfast was very helpful and kind

Cons:

Towels were awful, felt like sandpaper. Bedding was also like sandpaper. Felt uncomfortable to use the pool because dinner tables were set up around it and staff hovered. Room was a little dated. Balcony was unusable as chairs were very dirty

Central friendly Hotel vith a nice view over the Pamukkale hills.
Pros:

The Hotel is really in the center with a nice view over the Pamukkale hills. It also has a small swimming pool, and a capability to dine at the swimming pool directly, which we actually had. The staff was really helpful, they served a good dinner in spite of the fact, that at that time we were most likely the only guests with this request.
