Excellent Staff, Difficult Sleep During the Heatwave

The location is perfect

Cons:

The hotel is clean, and the staff were exceptionally kind and did everything they could to make our stay more comfortable. When we asked about the heat, they promptly provided a fan, and we truly appreciated their effort.

Unfortunately, the hotel does not have air conditioning, which made the stay very difficult during the current heatwave. As it is an older, smaller hotel with limited insulation, the room remained extremely hot throughout the night. Despite the fan, it was almost impossible to sleep.

The staff deserve praise for doing their best.

Bad experience
Pros:

Location was good. Breakfast was okeyish. That's it.

Cons:

The weather was super hot and it turned out there is no air conditioning. The rooms felt like you are in a sauna. They provided vintilators, but that was not solving the problem. The stuff was not helpful. My friend asked to change her room 5 times, they only did that on the last day, previously not even trying. It was not possible to sleep due to heat. The first room had terrible beds and even worse pillows all in lumps, second room was a bit better (i stayed 2 nights and then one night there). Now I learned that AC availability should be checked first

Great small hotel

Familiengeführtes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal und exzellenter Lage (zentrumsnah und ruhig).
Pros:

Sehr vielseitiges Frühstücksbüffet
Wir haben ungefragt ein Upgrade erhalten
Die Innenstadt ist fußläufig erreichbar
Umgebung mit vielen Bars und Restaurants

Das sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal. Das ansprechende Frühstück mit großer Vielfalt wie z.B. verschiedene Brotaufstriche und leckeres Brot u. Brötchen.
Die Lage in der Altstadt. Kneipen und Lokale in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Cons:

Die Lage in der Altstadt bringt es allerdings auch mit sich, dass es in der Nacht eher mal laut auf der Straße ist. Wir hatten unser Zimmer zur Straße hin. Wer also lärmempfindlich ist, sollte nach einem ruhigeren Zimmer
fragen.

The hotel is decent, but the neighborhood is pretty dangerous at night.
Pros:

The hotel is located near the train station and downtown. The building is almost new, and the interior is clean and cozy. Breakfast is included in the room rate.

Cons:

The room was too small for three people, so it was stuffy and we slept with the window open. The room's windows faced the street. Groups of people were walking down the street and making noise all night from Friday into Saturday, so we didn't sleep well because of that.

Fantastische locatie midden in Bonn en niet duur
Pros:

Gevarieerd ontbijt. Goed verzorgd. Vriendelijk behulpzaam personeel. Op kamer boekje met wat er te doen is in de stad.
Fijn dat er een parkeerplaats bij het hotel is (€12,- / per nacht. Goede bedden. Eenvoudig maar toch met goede degelijke spullen ingericht. Niet duur per nacht. Rustig hotel. Met 5 minuten lopen ben je in de oude binnenstad en het treinstation. Busstation was paar minuten langer lopen. Als ik weer in Bonn moet zijn ga ik weer heen.

Immer wieder gerne.top
Pros:

Sehr zentral, Altstadt nur 5 min zu Fuß entfernt. Sauber. Personal super nett. Frühstück sehr ausreichend und zudem persönlich.
Fahrradparkplätze ausreichend vorhanden. Perfekt für den Rheinradweg, da alles zu Fuß oder per Bahn erreichbar ist.
