Pros:

Good value quality/price. Clean, goid bed and v good shower. Convenient location for city centre . On site parking (at 20 euro) was v useful.

Cons:

Nothing worthy of note. It is a modern building not a 'character' property .

La sera non invogliava a fare passeggiate in zona. Un po scomoda la divisione in stanze del wc dal lavandino e doccia

Pros:

Lo staff cordialissimo, soprattutto la recepcionista con la croce tatuata in fronte. Veramente cordiale e pronta ad aiutarci in tutto.

Cons:

Non mi è piaciuto che ci siamo trovati a pagare 50 euro di più di quanto prospetto da Booking.com al tempo della prenotazione.
Il parcheggio è piccolo e va prenotato in anticipo e sn 20 euro a notte.
La culla per i neonati viene 12 euro a notte e onestamente trovo assurdo far pagare un lettino da campeggio per neonati ma va beh... Ma la cosa più assurda è che abbiamo pagato una fracca di soldi per una stanza doppia cn letto matrimoniale quanto il letto in realtà erano due letti singoli uniti dalle lenzuola di una scomodità assurda. Nn solo perché i materassi erano vecchissimi e sfondati ma perché ovviamente avendo nostro figlio che a un certo punto della notte viene a dormire cn noi ci siamo trovati a dormire alle estremità dei letti singoli altrimenti lui cadeva nel buco. Onestamente nn accettabile

Pros:

Hotel pulito e confortevole con possibilità di raggiungere a piedi, in brevissimo tempo i luoghi di interesse storico da visitare.
Personale molto affabile e preparato.

Parfait pour visiter Arles, très calme et confortable.
Pros:

Nous avions une chambre supérieure, avec un grand lit. Très confortable, très calme (cette chambre ne donne pas sur la rue).

Hotel très bien situé pour visiter Arles.

Parking à réserver (4 places). Personnel attentif et réactif, parfait.
