Breakfast is served with personalized attention at the table, our breakfast is a simple and complete tasting that unites the tradition of old-fashioned breakfast with the demands of healthy nutrition, making this time of day something relaxed and special.

Breakfast is a nod to the Serranía de Ronda and its crops, we offer a buffet of cereals: wheat, corn, oats and a mix of dried fruits, dehydrated fruits and seeds. We also offer a selection of organic honeys from different areas of the mountains: (orange blossom, chestnut, milflores) and of course we invite you to try our homemade seasonal fruit jams.

As a tribute to the olive grove of the Molino we serve it on a natural olive wood board treated with olive oil. The star of the breakfast is our early harvest AOVE Molino del Arco of the Hojiblanca variety, with its characteristic intense and slightly spicy flavor that evokes a young and vibrant fruit.Along with our olive oil, the assortment of breads is the basis of the Serrano breakfast. Made in a local bakery in the town of Cuevas del Becerro, they are sourdough and slow fermentation breads. We present: characteristic "mollete malagueño", slice of seed bread and slice of hard wheat bread "recio de Ronda" (a variety of cereal recovered by local farmers). Completing the triad of Extra Virgin and bread, we offer a slice of Iberian ham. The portions of semi-cured payoya goat cheese (native breed of the area) bring us the flavors of the Sierra de Grazalema. The grated natural tomato, the homemade yogurt and the selection of freshly cut fruits are the necessary supplement of a Mediterranean diet. As a characteristic sweet from Ronda we present a portion of torta de aceite (characteristic pastry of the area made with almonds and aniseed). All this accompanied by coffee, tea, infusions, animal milk, vegetable drink, freshly squeezed natural orange juice and a variety of egg preparations (scrambled, fried, soft-boiled, boiled) accompanied by slices of roasted tomato and crispy bacon.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Magnifique hôtel dans un domaine splendide
Pros:

Un endroit merveilleux : domaine magnifique, décoration soignée, chambres confortables et spacieuses; belle piscine; accueil charmant et généreux; petit déjeuner de qualité et bon restaurant; au calme dans une belle nature proche de Ronda. Un condensé de Méditerranée.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Man hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt.
Pros:

Extrem freundliche Begrüßung. Uns wurde alles persönlich gezeigt. Die Qualität des Frühstücks und des Abendessens waren hervorragend. Ein superschönes Ambiente. Ronda ist schnell mit dem Auto erreichbar.

Cons:

Leider störte in der Nacht ein Generator-Geräusch. Dieser sprang öfters an. Schade, ansonsten perfekt.

“ Kalma”

Hemos pasado una estancia fantástica en el Hotel Molino del Arco. Desde el primer momento se percibe el cuidado y el cariño con el que mantienen todo el establecimiento.

Las instalaciones están impecables, las habitaciones son muy cómodas y limpias, y los jardines son una auténtica maravilla, ideales para pasear, relajarse o simplemente disfrutar del entorno. La zona de la piscina es perfecta para desconectar y transmite una paz difícil de encontrar.

Un detalle que nos encantó fue su “bar de la honestidad”, disponible las 24 horas. Puedes servirte bebidas y aperitivos cuando lo desees y simplemente anotar lo que has consumido. Es una idea preciosa, basada en la confianza, que refleja muy bien la filosofía del hotel.

Además, para quienes viajamos con animales, es un lugar totalmente recomendable. Admiten mascotas y, lo que es aún más importante, las reciben con un cariño y una naturalidad que hacen que también ellas se sientan bienvenidas. Es de agradecer encontrar hoteles que entienden que nuestras mascotas forman parte de la familia.

Y, si hay algo que merece una mención especial, es el personal. Todo el equipo ha sido amable, cercano y muy profesional, siempre dispuesto a ayudar con una sonrisa y haciendo que nos sintiéramos como en casa.

En definitiva, un hotel con muchísimo encanto, donde se cuida hasta el último detalle. Un lugar para descansar, disfrutar del entorno y desconectar por completo. Sin duda volveremos y lo recomendamos al 100 %.

Increíble hotel para desconectar de verdad
Pros:

Tranquilidad, decoración, habitaciones, el entorno, la piscina, el restaurante, el staff...TODO FANTÁSTICO. Pasamos unos momentos muy agradables y pudimos desconectar. Esta creo que era la 5ª ó 6ª vez que lo visitábamos. ¡Gracias, Cristina! (Y extensivo a todo el staff). ¡Volveremos!

Recarregar energia em Ronda!
Pros:

A quinta é realmente especial, com um jardim fantástico e envolto pela natureza. A piscina é boa, com água morna temperada pelo sol forte de Ronda. Os quartos e zonas comuns bem decorados e confortáveis. O pessoal simpático, fez-nos sentir em casa.

Cons:

Nada de especial a apontar. Apenas o caminho de acesso desde a estrada principal não é muito bom.

Hotel rural con mucho encanto!
Pros:

Lugar precioso y muy tranquilo. El personal muy atento. La zona de la piscina genial y adecuada para niños. La idea del bar me pareció genial.

Cons:

Por mencionar algo quizas deberia tener nevera en las habitaciones. pero tampoco nos hizo falta para una sola noche.
