Breakfast is served with personalized attention at the table, our breakfast is a simple and complete tasting that unites the tradition of old-fashioned breakfast with the demands of healthy nutrition, making this time of day something relaxed and special.

Breakfast is a nod to the Serranía de Ronda and its crops, we offer a buffet of cereals: wheat, corn, oats and a mix of dried fruits, dehydrated fruits and seeds. We also offer a selection of organic honeys from different areas of the mountains: (orange blossom, chestnut, milflores) and of course we invite you to try our homemade seasonal fruit jams.

As a tribute to the olive grove of the Molino we serve it on a natural olive wood board treated with olive oil. The star of the breakfast is our early harvest AOVE Molino del Arco of the Hojiblanca variety, with its characteristic intense and slightly spicy flavor that evokes a young and vibrant fruit.Along with our olive oil, the assortment of breads is the basis of the Serrano breakfast. Made in a local bakery in the town of Cuevas del Becerro, they are sourdough and slow fermentation breads. We present: characteristic "mollete malagueño", slice of seed bread and slice of hard wheat bread "recio de Ronda" (a variety of cereal recovered by local farmers). Completing the triad of Extra Virgin and bread, we offer a slice of Iberian ham. The portions of semi-cured payoya goat cheese (native breed of the area) bring us the flavors of the Sierra de Grazalema. The grated natural tomato, the homemade yogurt and the selection of freshly cut fruits are the necessary supplement of a Mediterranean diet. As a characteristic sweet from Ronda we present a portion of torta de aceite (characteristic pastry of the area made with almonds and aniseed). All this accompanied by coffee, tea, infusions, animal milk, vegetable drink, freshly squeezed natural orange juice and a variety of egg preparations (scrambled, fried, soft-boiled, boiled) accompanied by slices of roasted tomato and crispy bacon.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Pros:

Beim Check-in gab’s ein kostenloses Upgrade – direkt Pluspunkte 😄 Das Personal war super nett und entspannt.

Die Aussicht war einfach WOW – richtig beeindruckend, egal zu welcher Tageszeit!

Zimmer sauber, gemütlich und die Lage perfekt, um Ronda zu erkunden.

Pros:

Ein entspannter Aufenthalt auf einer sehr schönen Finca, abseits des Trubels des touristischen Ronda. Dennoch war man in ein paar Autominuten in Ronda--City.
Entspanntes, leckeres und reichhaltiges Frühstück. Abends kann man auch im Finca- eigenen Restaurant (Frühstücksraum) reservieren und dann Speisen wie im Sterne- Restaurant.
Durch die Nutzung der "Wohnzimmer" als Lese- und Aufenthaltsräume entspannte private Atmosphäre.

Basic facilities were missing which spoilt an otherwise lovely stay.
Pros:

In the countryside, a short drive from Ronda. The staff were great and very helpful.

Cons:

The WiFi was non-existent in the rooms which was very frustrating.
There were no coffee or tea facilities in the rooms, which seems a basic requirement.
The evening meal was good but expensive.

I almost don’t want to say how perfect this hotel is because then it will be busy but it is too special not to share!
Pros:

The hotel is a significant historical piece of Spain that we were honored to be able to stay in this museum -like yet comfortable space. We enjoyed the wine and olive oil tasting, Oreo the resident cat, the wonderful breakfast room and food with local specialties. The view and property is gorgeous and we hope to come back again next year!

Incantevole soggiorno nelle immersi nella natura
Pros:

La struttura è un’incantevole casa rurale andalusa immersa nel verde delle campagne di Ronda. Camera molto bella, curata nei dettagli e pulita. Ristorante ottimo aperto a cena e colazione a buffet servita al tavolo, completa e con ottimi prodotti ma sempre la stessa ogni giorno. Il giardino è molto grande e curato anche in inverno. Davvero un posto bellissimo e che trasmette pace. Staff estremamente gentile e simpatico e disponibile ad aiutare nella pianificazione delle giornate e dispensano anche consigli su dove mangiare a Ronda. Lo consiglio e non vedo l’ora di poterci tornare magari in estate per usufruire delle piscine in giardino.

Cons:

Tutto incantevole ma se proprio devo trovare un difetto, la strada un po dissestata per arrivare alla struttura.

Hotel de ensueño con personal excelente
Pros:

Las instalaciones, la limpieza, ubicación a 15’ de Ronda, los jardines, el desayuno y lo mejor el personal que era muy agradable y nos ayudaron a que la estancia con nuestro perro fuera lo mejor posible
