Breakfast is served with personalized attention at the table, our breakfast is a simple and complete tasting that unites the tradition of old-fashioned breakfast with the demands of healthy nutrition, making this time of day something relaxed and special.
Breakfast is a nod to the Serranía de Ronda and its crops, we offer a buffet of cereals: wheat, corn, oats and a mix of dried fruits, dehydrated fruits and seeds. We also offer a selection of organic honeys from different areas of the mountains: (orange blossom, chestnut, milflores) and of course we invite you to try our homemade seasonal fruit jams.
As a tribute to the olive grove of the Molino we serve it on a natural olive wood board treated with olive oil. The star of the breakfast is our early harvest AOVE Molino del Arco of the Hojiblanca variety, with its characteristic intense and slightly spicy flavor that evokes a young and vibrant fruit.Along with our olive oil, the assortment of breads is the basis of the Serrano breakfast. Made in a local bakery in the town of Cuevas del Becerro, they are sourdough and slow fermentation breads. We present: characteristic "mollete malagueño", slice of seed bread and slice of hard wheat bread "recio de Ronda" (a variety of cereal recovered by local farmers). Completing the triad of Extra Virgin and bread, we offer a slice of Iberian ham. The portions of semi-cured payoya goat cheese (native breed of the area) bring us the flavors of the Sierra de Grazalema. The grated natural tomato, the homemade yogurt and the selection of freshly cut fruits are the necessary supplement of a Mediterranean diet. As a characteristic sweet from Ronda we present a portion of torta de aceite (characteristic pastry of the area made with almonds and aniseed). All this accompanied by coffee, tea, infusions, animal milk, vegetable drink, freshly squeezed natural orange juice and a variety of egg preparations (scrambled, fried, soft-boiled, boiled) accompanied by slices of roasted tomato and crispy bacon.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Dit is echt zo'n geweldige locatie. Heerlijke energie hangt daar op deze finca. Alles klopt op deze finca. Ontbijt is echt genieten, de kamer is geweldig en de locatie is top. Binnen 20 minuten sta je in Ronda.
A propriedade é muito bonita, conta com um jardim, fica em meio a muitas oliveiras e é bem bonito. O café da manhã é excelente, as senhoras do café da manhã são extremamente educadas e simpáticas. A recepcionista da tarde também nos recebeu muito bem.
A TV do quarto não funcionava, a internet do local é ruim e o menu do jantar é caro e péssimo. Pedimos uma costeleta de cordeiro que quase não vinha carne, só ossos. E pedimos também uma carne que veio com um molho excessivamente doce. A conta ficou caríssima e comemos muito mal (o pouco que comemos. O acesso também fica longe da cidade e a estrada é perigosa e está bem ruim de chegar. É um local sem acesso aos cadeirantes.

The property and grounds are stunning, like out of a book! Although it was a bit too chilly for a swim in the pool, we enjoyed relaxing on the sun lounges. The receptionist who checked us in was brilliant (I didn’t catch her name but she ran the 101 ultramarathon last year) - she was really attentive, and gave us recommendations not only for Ronda but for our next destination too! Thank you!
Given this was the most expensive stay on our trip (over €300 per night), I expect the mineral water in the room would be replenished everyday but was told we only get a bottle on arrival and that I can drink from the bathroom. There’s also no tea or coffee in the room and even though you can get that at the bar- tea and coffee and a kettle are usually incl. In the room but here we have to pay for it.
I also would have liked to have an option for a latte or cappuccino, not only the filter coffee at breakfast. None of these are a deal breaker but felt a bit overpriced.

Everything it’s old. It should be old to keep the heritage but upgraded to modern days, starting from the roads up to the key of the room.

The whole vibe was lovely. What an absolute gem. The classic feel, the cleanliness, the approach to using the local vegetation for food. It's just a wonderful quiet place to be. Somewhere I'd bring a good book to.
It is quite far from Ronda and this isn't something we anticipated but that's more on us. I will say that the bed was incredibly creaky so any movement at night while I sleep felt like it might wake up the baby. The breakfast was pretty expensive for what you got by the way.
The hotel is charming and beautiful. Perfect location to get away and relax while still being close to local attractions. Staff was friendly and helpful. It was fantastic
No fridge or microwave in the room
Tolles Hotel mit viel Charme und Flair. Sehr gutes Frühstück nur der Kaffee war zu dünn 😊 Tolles Bett, tolles Zimmer, tolle Hotelanlage was besonderes. Tolle Lage. Bis nach Ronda sind es ca 15 Minuten mit dem Auto.
Wir müssen schon suchen. Die Liegen am Pool sind nicht die allerneusten, dünner Kaffee, der Weg zum Hotel ist sanierungsbedürftig (kann das Hotel aber nix zu).
Mooi rustig kader , authentiek gebouw, heerlijk ontbijt. Gratis parking.
De weg naar het hotel , bergweg, lag er toch erg slecht bij.is wel niet verantwoordelijkheid van het hotel.
C’est un havre de paix. Un lieu à part, hors du temps, où tout est pensé pour vous faire passer un moment merveilleux.
O espaço envolvente da quinta e da propriedade. A atitude e preparação dos trabalhadores, todos seles. Excelente predisposição para ter aos clientes satisfeitos e bem servidos !!
Em primeiro lugar os quartos. Francamente para o preço que pagamos estávamos à espera de quartos com mais comodidades e sobre tudo uma melhor insonorizarão. Segundo o restaurante. Há refeições que se apresentam como promessas. À chegada, percebe‑se imediatamente que houve pensamento, cuidado e até alguma ambição. Os elementos no prato estão bem escolhidos, fazem sentido entre si e denunciam uma vontade genuína de ir além do óbvio. Nada aqui é acidental. Infelizmente, a boa intenção, por si só, não basta para alcançar o patamar de uma refeição verdadeiramente memorável.
