Una buena opción para estar de vacaciones
Pros:

El hotel está muy cerca de la playa y en mitad de una zona con tiendas y restaurantes. El desayuno es el típico buffet con variedad más que razonable. La playa de Santa Cruz es muy grande y hay lugares para jugar surfear, tomar el sol o estar en el chiringuito.

Cons:

El internet gratuito es bastante limitado, y en las noches de verano (fin de semana) se oye el ambiente y la música en directo hasta tarde. Lo recomiendo para ir de vacaciones pero no para ir de trabajo.

Uma estadia suficientemente tranquila e descontraída, sem nada de extraordinário.
Pros:

Central - acesso à praia e a todo o comércio.
Sossegado. Pouca gente. Boa receção, simpática.
Resolução imediata de um problema numa tomada do quarto, sinalizado à chegada (faltava o espelho, os fios expostos sendo um perigo; ao regressar ao quarto, tudo completo).

Cons:

- As cortinas não vedam na largura das janelas e o facto de serem claras deixam passar muita luminosidade - descanso interrompido durante a noite e madrugada.
- Pequeno-almoco pouco diversificado, não oferecendo, por exemplo, ovos mexidos ou frutos secos. Apresentação da fruta: ora bananas demasiado maduras, ora uvas enrrugadas, ora fruta cortada aos pedaços com extremos já oxidados. Queques embalados.

Ótima estadia, perto da praia.
Pros:

Excelente localização, perto da praia de Santa Helena, o que facilita a deslocação com crianças. O staff é muito simpático e disponível, fizeram-nos um upgrade gratuito para um quarto maior, com varanda, sem qualquer custo adicional. O pequeno-almoço é bastante razoável (variedade de fruta é muito positiva)!

Cons:

O hotel é bastante antigo e precisa de remodelações para ficar mais renovado. A climatização do hotel também deveria ser melhorada (muito calor na sala de pequeno-almoço e zonas comuns). O ar condicionado do quarto compensava, pois funcionava muito bem.

Slightly dated but still well functioning hotel in central location with great staff
Pros:

Attentive staff. Good variety of food at breakfast. On site parking. Comfortable mattress. Good size room. Balcony. Location very handy for town and beach.

Cons:

We had an issue with noise from the neighbouring room (tv on very loud). Staff helped deal with it at midnight.
Noise from street to be expected at weekends during the summer.
Air conditioning unit made funny intermittent groaning noise

Super bem recebido mal chegamos ao hotel, total educação e simpatia em pessoa.
O senhor da noite totalmente disponível 100% do tempo e é a educação em pessoa fico extramente feliz por ter conhecido o senhor, um senhor supre educado e preocupado com os seus hóspedes, pedi um cha de camomila pois a minha mulher nao se estava a sentir bem e quando foi entreguar o chá perguntou se a mesma estava melhor pessoa mesmo 5 estrelas lisonjeado por todono cuidado e atenção que o mesmo teve comigo e com a minha mulher peço que façam chegar isto ao senhor, nao perguntei o nome o que foi uma falha minha mas era o senhor que estava a fazer a madrugada dia 3 para 4 e de 4 para 5 de julho de 2026 um agradecimento enorme a esse ser humando fantástico

An ideal location and very comfortable hotel with efficient,friendly staff.
Pros:

The hotel is brilliantly located in the middle of Santa Cruz. Just a short walk to beach, cafes, bars and restaurants. The staff were exceptional very welcoming and went out of their way to make our stay the best it could be. The room was clean and larger than we might have expected. Loved having a balcony and a sea view albeit over rooftops.

Cons:

The shower attachment in the bathroom was loose so not easy to angle correctly but otherwise all great.
