Lovely Hotel
Pros:

We could not fault the friendly, professional and courteous staff. The hotel is in an ideal position in a pedestrian area at the front of the town to enjoy the buzz and bustle of Taormina without traffic noise. The rooftop bar was a perfect place to enjoy a leisurely and varied breakfast with views to the sea and Mount Etna and was also a great setting for a cocktail in the evening.

Klein aber sehr fein!
Pros:

Klein aber fein. Das Hotel liegt nur 5 Min. vom grossen Parkhaus entfernt. Ideal. Personal sehr freundlich. Schönes, sauberes Zimmer. Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse mit Superaussicht. Was will man mehr!

Taodomus private suites - Wonderful place and staff
Pros:

We loved everything about this hotel. The wonderful vegetarian breakfast, the cleanliness of the rooms, the beautiful rooms, and the fantastic staff. Mariapia was magnificent. Antonio in the breakfast buffet was spectacular. Olga the manager was exceptional. This is a magical place. We look forward to returning next May, 2027.

Cons:

Nothing at all. This hotel was about as perfect of an experience as we have ever had. We highly recommend the venue to everyone. It was a perfect experience and we cannot wait to return to the hotel in the near future.

Perfect!
Pros:

The staff are so helpful and friendly! The rooms are exactly what you need, enough space to work and the beds are large and very comfortable. The bathrooms are brand new and so clean with a great shower. The breakfast is a highlight as are the drinks as the sun comes down.

A wonderful hotel in a stunningly beautiful town
Pros:

Hotel Taodomus was the perfect spot from which to experience the magnificent history and exquisite natural beauty of Taormina. We were there for four days, right in the middle of everything… Literally. From our balcony overlooking Corso Umberto, we watched an exuberant festive crowd lead by an Italian singers and musicians as they celebrated a couple’s marriage. The staff was welcoming, helpful and genuinely interested in connecting with guests. Every morning we enjoyed an utterly delicious vegetarian breakfast on the the rooftop patio, which turns into a rooftop bar every night where we enjoyed astonishing views of the Ionian Sea, Mount Etna, and exquisite Castelmola perched high above. We could walk to restaurants and historic sites, hop on the cable car to explore Isola Bella.

Pros:

Eine bessere Lage in Taormina ist nicht möglich. Das Personal sehr freundlich und sehr hilfreich. Die Tipps (z.B. nach Restaurant) waren immer Volltreffer! Die Dachterrasse ist wunderschön mit grandiosem Blick auf den Etna. Das Frühstück ist wunderbar. Wir sind beide keine Vegetarier aber haben nichts vermisst.

Cons:

Bei schönem Wetter ist das Hotel eine sehr, sehr gute Option. Wir waren Mitte November da und als wir ankamen hat es in Strömen geregnet. Glücklicherweise wurde das Wetter besser, aber wenn man Pech hat und es dauerhaft regnet, dann gibt es wenig Raum, wo man sich aufhalten kann. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein, die Dachterrasse ist im Regen nicht sinnvoll benutzbar und es gibt keine Lobby oder sonstigen öffentlichen Raum in dem Hotel. Platz ist halt knapp, in Taormina.

A Perfect Stay.
Pros:

We had an unforgettable stay at Taodomus.
The breakfast was truly exceptional – fresh, thoughtful and served with one of the most beautiful views we’ve ever experienced, overlooking both Mount Etna and the sea.
Our room was spotless and cleaned daily with care. The entire hotel is wonderfully maintained and feels peaceful and intimate.

Most of all, the staff were genuinely kind, polite and always happy to help. They made us feel welcome from the very first moment and made everything easy.
This stay made our time in Taormina feel special.

Highly recommended — we would love to come back. 🤍
