A most enjoyable stay in a fantastic hotel.
Pros:

What a fantastic hotel. The facilities and the food were excellent, and the range of drinks available also. If you are looking for a great place to stay with real Irish charm you can't do better than this. Nothing was too much trouble for the hotel staff who looked after us really well. Would we go there agin? You bet!

Clean. Good location. No real atmosphere, although i was there on a Thursday night.

Cons:

Not being able to have food in the bar after 5 even though the restaurant was open and obviously the kitchen staff still there. I’m more comfortable after a long day driving for work to sit at the bar.

The location was very central

Cons:

The parking would have been better if the hotel had a car park included instead of public paid parking as it was hard to get a parking space with the leisure centre and cinema being there too .

Pros:

Very clean room. Comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast. Had an evening meal one night and it was delicious. Great location for the town at night. A very short walk to some lively pubs.

The room..it was very noisy during the night..floor boards kept creeking out on the hall and into our room...noise from the corridor could be heard clearly.

Very enjoyable, would return and would definitely recommend.
Pros:

Town centre location, beautiful choice of breakfast, large room with comfortable beds. Nicely decorated throughout with some nice art. Friendly, attendant staff. Manager a local guy who got feedback and made local recommendations at breakfast. Parking €3 per day in public carpark to rear.

Cons:

Breakfast juices from a carton but otherwise breakfast great.

Pros:

The location of this hotel is very good, nice bar and the bar staff were very efficient.

Cons:

The breakfast was poor, as a celiac I requested a gluten free breakfast, the waitress asked did I want a vegetarian breakfast, I said no I want a gluten free breakfast. She went through the items I could have and told me I could not have mushrooms that there was gluten in them, first vegetable to have gluten! She spoke so loudly everyone in the restaurant was looking at our table, I felt so humiliated. The breakfast arrived, 2 tiny pieces of bacon, egg, a tiny little ramekin of beans, a cold tomato and one small slice of toast. I was not impressed with the waitress or the breakfast.
