The bar, dining room, and the staff were all excellent
The bedroom was very dark, no light came in, the bedroom and toilet facilities were very dated. I asked for another room, it too was dark and toilet facilities were very dated. My bathroom at home is 26 years old and it is more modern. If l hadnt paid for 2 nights when l came into reception at the start, l would have left. I said to the receptionist that it still was very dark, no windows, only a kind of skylight, she said there was nothing else.
The location was perfect. The staff were friendly. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfy. The breakfast was good and plenty of choice. The evening meals were very good. A party of 8 people stayed for 2 nights and not one of them had any complaints. It was great wee hotel to stay. To the staff continue your good and hard work.

Staff were fantastic, rooms were spotless, and the food was excellent. Location also great.
Although not the hotels fault (we stayed over the bank holiday) our room was facing the hostel which was full on rowdy noise until 5am one night so couldn’t sleep. Due to the heat in the room it wasn’t comfortable to keep the windows closed.
Bathroom needs a good extractor fan also.

Hotel doesnt have its own parking and took me a while to find a car space also had to pay for this.

Clean comfortable hotel in the center of Westport. Our room was large. The bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. The cooked to order breakfast was outstanding.

No parking. At one of the hotels we stayed in, they put a sign in the road to reserve parking for guests that needed to drop their luggage off. Simple fix for no parking. Why they haven’t thought of that surprises me.
Also the toilet paper rack was awkwardly placed.
But nice amenities on everything else.
