If it wasn't for Luca and the location of this property it would have been very disappointing
Pros:

Our host Luca was extremely kind and welcoming and went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable. The views from the terrace and gardens were stunning.

Cons:

The other staff were less friendly. The breakfast was vastly over rated. The pool was often busy and noisy considering how small the hotel was. There was no view from the bedroom or bathroom which both looked out onto a high wall. The shower enclosure is in dire need of a make over, with lots of black mould, and the chests of drawer were broken and unusable.

La proposta della struttura, di un albergo immerso in un vigneto, è molto carina, così come la bella vista sul mare, dove si vedono Capri e il golfo. La posizione centrale agevola molto gli spostamenti e lo staff è molto attento e disponibile.

Cons:

Il problema maggiore della struttura è la camera. Nel nostro caso, più che una camera di un albergo quattro stelle, sembrava quella di una casa vacanza: mobilio essenziale, letto per niente comodo, bagno molto usurato. Nonostante la colazione fosse abbastanza buona e di qualità, l'attesa, considerato il livello dell'albergo, era l'offerta di una maggiore varietà di prodotti.

Formidable et reposant
Pros:

L'hôtel est situé à un endroit idéal sur l'ile, avec une vue mer sur les îles aux alentours et Naples. Une vue dont on peut également profité de la piscine.
Le jardin est magnifique avec des fruits et légumes que le restaurant utilise pour sa cuisine. Il est possible de s'y promener, de s'y installer grâce à des bancs posés autour.
Le personnel est adorable et disponible à tout moment.
Emplacement calme, chambre climatisée (indispensable lors des chaleurs étouffantes de l'été sur l'île).

Cons:

La literie est un peu raide.

Les produits locaux (lhôtel a son propre potager et fait son propre vin), la piscine, le personnel très accueillant et avenant avec des conseils particulièrement avisés, le jardin

For € 295 a night, you are misled and get a two star place as the hotel is dilapidated and the worst place I stayed on m

Weather permitting, sitting outside in the vineyard area seems ok however if you have kids, there are plenty of lizards.

Cons:

Facilities rundown and broken. The building and hotel is more like 2 star rather than 4 on standard scale. Air conditioning in our room was horrible. Beds broken and bathroom unclean and felt like a public bathroom. The towels had stains. Breakfast is below average.

Pros:

The location, the garden and the pool are amazing. The staff was very helpful and kind.

Cons:

The room floor was not cleaned properly, the wardrobe neither. The bathroom should have been renovated years ago, the shower was musty all around! The room absolutely lacks the conditions of a 4star hotel. It's like a dormitory room.
It was constantly really hot during the days and nights we spent there, but the air conditioning was so loud we couldn't keep it turned on while in the room.
The breakfast only contained the bare minimum (toast, meat, cheese, yoghurt, fruit salad, celeries and pastries). There were zero vegetables, no eggs.. it was also disappointing.
Hope there will be changes, I think a lot could be improved with a little effort and investment.

Una delizia. Questo hotel è perfetto per staccare da tutto e rilassarsi. Situato vicino al centro, ma abbastanza defilato da non essere nella confusione. Staff gentilissimo, attento e sempre disponibile. Abbiamo anche pranzato in piscina e consigliamo di assaggiare le pietanze fatte con i prodotti del loro orto e il loro vino. Colazione abbondante e buonissima. Insomma, esperienza eccellente! Ci torneremo

A magical place!
Pros:

The whole place was magical. The staff tend to everything with such care, they produce all their own jams etc. The grounds are fabulous, lots of little places to relax and look at the scenery. You can bring food in to eat in the gardens. The pool area is gorgeous. I stayed in august, thank god for the AC! I wouldn't hesitate to stay again, exceeded my expectations.
