Pros:

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! L’accueil chaleureux et les petites attentions du personnel ont particulièrement contribué à rendre notre expérience très agréable. Les infrastructures sont de grande qualité et tout est pensé pour le confort des clients. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié la délicate attention réservée à notre chien, qui témoigne d’un véritable sens de l’hospitalité. Une très belle expérience, que nous recommandons avec grand plaisir !

Cons:

Le dîner était de qualité et nous avons apprécié les mets proposés. En revanche, l’organisation du service du soir pourrait être améliorée, car nous avons dû patienter près d’1 h 15 au bar avant de pouvoir passer à table. Peut-être serait-il judicieux de demander aux clients, dès leur arrivée, le créneau horaire auquel ils souhaitent dîner, afin de mieux répartir les arrivées et de limiter le temps d’attente. Cela permettrait de profiter pleinement de l’expérience.

Pros:

Sehr gutes Frühstücksangebot und köstliches Abendessen. Insbesondere das Personal an der Reception, der Kellner an der Kaminbar und der Kellner in der Kaminstube zeichneten sich durch ihre Freundlichkeit aus.

Die Aussicht ist sehr ansprechend. Saunabereich für die Größe schön. Außenpool mit Panoramablick. Großes Zimmer mit schön großem Bad und gemütlichen Bett.

Cons:

Wellnessbereich könnte für die Größe und den Preis größer ausfallen, vor allem der Liegebereich beim Innenpool. Außenpool könnte gerne ein paar Grad wärmer sein. Whirlpool wäre noch schön gewesen. Auswahl Frühstück sehr gut, jedoch vom Geschmack nur durchschnittlich. Einrichtung könnte allgemein mal überholt werden.
