Dass sich der Geschäftsführer im Nachgang telefonisch für das Verhalten des Personals entschuldigt hat war gut, aber hat leider nichts an dem verpatzten Aufenthalt geändert. Die Lage war sehr schön.

Cons:

Ich wurde noch nie so von einer Hotelmitarbeiterin direkt beleidigt und habe mich insgesamt noch sie so unwohl auch durch andere Mitarbeiter gefühlt. Daher war der gesamte Aufenthalt unangenehm und selbst das gute Frühstück konnte man so nicht genießen. Schade für das Hotel.

Schwarzwald view. Quiet woods setting for nice walks. Infinity pool, steam room, different saunas, everything available for breakfast, staff friendly.

Cons:

Indoor pool was coolish but of course im not a wellness pro. Perhaps this temp is ideal after a sauna?

Super Hotel wenn man mal für einige Tage abschalten möchte.

- keine Angaben Herkunft Fisch/Fleisch auf Menükarte im Restaurant
