Odalar çok eski.odada karıncalar var.klima iyi çalışmıyor.wc kapısı kırık kapanmıyor.

Had a great stay. The owner was very welcoming. Lovely quiet location with a few shops and eating places very close.

We were able to safely leave our bicycles outside our room which was perfect.

I would definitely stay again.

The staff is very friendly. A nice place but not really clean. Moderates prices.

The hotel was not close to the city center. Despite charging a substantial amount, they had no heating In our room ( a wall ac that was completely ineffective) and the temperature was close to freezing on Dec 30); they had No hot water (apparently the owner did not turn it on to conserve electricity!!??); we saw bugs under the pillow and comforters in our freshly made beds ( we called the owners and showed them) Hard to imagine how this B&B/ hotel is still operational?

İki çift 5 gece konakladık. Pansiyonun bahçesi ve ortamı mükemmel, sakin ve huzurlu. Pansiyon görevlileri o kadar samimi ki kendinizi evde gibi hissediyorsunuz. Cennet hanım hastalanınca bir anne edasıyla gelip eliyle ateşimizi bile kontrol etti :) Kahvaltısı çok güzel. Yalnızca odalardaki eşyalar ve banyo biraz eski ama pansiyonun genel temizliği ve huzurlu ortamının yanında herhangi bir sorun yaratmıyor. Temizlik konusunda da çok ilgililer. Görevliler her konuda her saat size yardımcı oluyorlar. Öncelikle Cennet hanım olmak üzere tüm çalışanlara teşekkür ederiz. Çok huzurlu bir tatil geçirdik.

The staff and owner are superb. The property is very charming. Rabbits, hens, cats, a dog and few fruit trees make the place very calming. The breakfast and the menu for lunch and di er is very delicious.

The rooms are small but comfortable. The shower needs a curtain. Rooms aren't cleaned everyday but can be if you ask. For the price, it was a great place. It is not close to downtown so you'll need a car. The best beach around is ladies beach (very busy) and green beach. Its a nice place to stay for 2 or 3 days.

Great family place (swimming pool, garden and camping with a tree house!). Super sweet cats, good price, very friendly staff, clean and easy accessible. But the owner wants quietness and no pool jumping... That is difficult when you advertise as family place with camping.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Great location not far from city center. Hoping to stay there in the future. A lot to do on property if you just wanted to relax.

Geldiğimiz ilk günden gidene kadar Mümtaz Bey ve Cennet Hanım bizimle ilgilendiler. Konaklama ve kahvaltıdan çok memnun kaldık. Pansiyonda çadır kurabilmek mümkün. Duş ve WC imkanları var. Odanın, çarşafların temizliği iyiydi. Yatağın konforu da rahattı.

Lidt svært at finde hotellett pga nye ledninger i vejen men glade for opholdet ,

On peux manger à toute heure de la journée on nous prépare notre repas personnel agréable belle piscine beau jardin avec belle déco au calme

Nous avons eu un accueil chaleureux : les chambres sont simples mais propres avec un frigo. Le jardin est très agréable et reposant. Le restaurant n'a rien d'exceptionnel. Rapport qualité /prix très correct.

We had a nice clean simple comfortable room with air conditioning. The garden was lovely and a great place to relax, with the pool there too cool off. The staff were exceptional, and always eager to please. The service was wonderful, and our beer, tea, or breakfast was always delivered with a smile. The breakfast was included, and was delicious - the classic Turkish breakfast of bread, cheese, cucumbers, tomatoes and olives. There are fig trees, orange trees and peach trees in the garden, and we were welcome to pick and eat them.

The host was very helpful with all our questions. When we changed our mind and stayed extra days, he found us a room, although it was full. He helped us book our next stay, and drove us to the bus station.

Friendly owner, good value, close to coast and nice garden to relax in.

Fabulous family run hotel, lovely people, beautiful gardens & a very pleasant place to stay in Kusadasi.

We stayed at at the Mursel in july 2012. We found the the Hotel to be excellent.

The pool is small but big enough. There is free air con. The breakfast is also smallish but again, big enough, esp given the price of the hotel. The owners are generous and informative. There is beer, wine and drinks available at very reasonable prices.

There is a bbq area that you can use for 10 TL, there is also a place you can cook if you like but to be honest the food from their restaurant is great and cheap.

There is a huge back lawn with chairs, sun shades etc, ie the setting is very nice and relaxed.

There are no silly signs saying you can not bring your own food or drink into any area and the owners are very relaxed on this. But again, their prices are very good anyway.

For the price it has to be 5 stars, no cons, no BS.
