Struttura storica bellissima.
Camere molto spaziose e con una pulizia impeccabile. È stata la mia terza volta al The Cleveland e mi sono sempre trovata benissimo. Staff disponibile e molto simpatico.

Cons:

The hotel location is safe, beautiful, and very close to the train station, which was very convenient. However, my experience at reception was disappointing. One older receptionist was not friendly and insisted on giving me either a basement room with a tiny window or a room after several flights of stairs with a long walk and a window covered with metal bars, which did not feel suitable or similar to the room shown on Booking.com. Another staff member tried to help, but he was interrupted. The only solution offered was to pay an extra £150 per night for an upgraded room. The situation was very upsetting, and if the payment had not already been fully charged, I would have left the hotel.

Perfektne ubytovanie. Ak ešte raz navštívim Londýn určite sa ubytujem tu.
Pros:

Ubytovanie splnilo všetko čo sme potrebovali. Skvelá dostupnosť, úžasná posteľ a bonus bol balkón.

Cons:

Nemôžem ubytovanie vytknúť ani jednu chybičku.

Londra vicino Hyde Park
Pros:

Struttura in quartiere signorile, vicina a due stazioni della metro raggiungibili in 5 minuti a piedi.Con una passeggiata di 15/20 minuti si arriva al quartiere Notting hill e a portobello road.Hotel molto pulito e silenzioso, bagno spazioso e nuovo.Angolo cottura a scomparsa con microonde utile per la colazione, stanza pulita ogni giorno con cambio lenzuola al terzo giorno.Possibilità di lasciare i bagagli per un ultimo giro prima della partenza...tutto perfetto.

部屋が広かった。電子レンジはSANYO、エアコンはダイキンと日本製。キッチンも洗面所もしっかりお湯が出た。パディントン駅より別の地下鉄の方が近かった気もする。
