Superb hotel with outstanding service delivering a bit of that ‘London Charm’
Pros:

The property was in an excellent location in a lovely period building. I was greeted by the night concierge who delivered some of the best service I’ve experienced in my life! He went over and beyond and is a true credit to The Cleveland.

The room was very clean and had just about everything one could want from a hotel room.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and will personally be returning even though I live in London.

Gutes Preis Leistungs Verhältnis in super Lage
Pros:

Es war sogar eine kleine Küche im Zimmer, alles Sauber und Ordentlich. Und auch das Personal war super freundlich.
Die Lage war top, nur ungefähr 10 Minuten bis zur Paddington Station

It was great!
Pros:

We really liked the location and the kitchen! Also we previously asked to have our bags dropped off early thinking we would not be able to check in but were provided with an early check in, much to our surprise! It was delightful. I even had all I needed to make a full english breakfast in the hotel, which was very nice.

Cons:

It isn’t the most sound proof so sometimes you can hear people shuffling about..

Posizione comoda per più linee della metro e bus, anche la sera.
Pulizia della camera eccezionale, letto nella norma.
Servizi essenziali, ben funzionanti.
Supermercati nelle vicinanze

Cons:

Serramenti e terrazzo da rivedere.
Peccato perché aumenterebbero il valore percepito.

Pros:

We absolutely LOVED THE LOCATION. It was easy to reach and easy access to public transport,plus the location was stunning. The staff was also so nice, and friendly. The room was spotless whenever we came back after a long day of exploring the city.

Cons:

Getting to our room wasn’t very easy. We had to use either narrow stairs or take the elevator, go down half a floor, and then up again. I understand it’s an old building, but it could be difficult if you have large suitcases or bad knees. That said, it wouldn’t stop me from staying here again.

Great price for the area, which is beautiful by the way, very responsive staff

Cons:

Hasn't been renovated in a while it seems so a bit of an outdated feeling about the furniture etc but nothing too bad.
