Qualité de l’accueil et des prestations au top.
L’emplacement à l’écart de la foule des touristes fait de ce lieu un havre de tranquillité et de confort loin du brouhaha de la côte ,mais seulement à 15 mn des points d’intérêt et d’attractivité.
Une mention spéciale pour Sophie et son équipe qui font le maximum pour le bien être des clients.

Houdt er rekening mee dat je wel een auto nodig hebt, aangezien de accommodatie halverwege een berg ligt.

Nach drei Nächten war auch genug.
Pros:

Top Lage für Ruhesuchende. Schöne alte Finca. Kleiner Ort. Gut um einfach loszulaufen.

Cons:

Frühstück sehr einfach. Jeden Tag dasselbe. Sehr kalt in allen Räumen. Radiator im Zimmer bringt nicht wirklich Wärme. Frühstück nur mit dicker Jacke möglich.

Lovely rooms, some staff were welcoming and pleasant.

Cons:

Food was nice but insufficient to feed a 100kg, active adult man.
Pool was colder than expected, children wouldn't be able to stay in it for more than 5mins.
One or two staff need to consider if hospitality is the right career for them, we had a mix up with our booking and there was no empathy or customer service forth coming.

La situación del hotel. En las medianías de Tenerife. Unas vistas muy bonitas.

La cena no fué nada buena.
El desayuno con productos de poca calidad
Y el agua de la piscina climatizada, que fue el motivo por el cual escogí este hotel, estaba por debajo de la temperatura agradable.
