Lake view location.
Pros:

Lovely views of the lake and gardens.
Walking distance to local restaurants and shops. Breakfast excellent and lady who organised it was delightful. Shower spoilt with pink marks on grouting and black mildew spots on grout and silicone. Disappointing because of the shower.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans votre établissement,.Tout était réuni à savoir un établissement comme nous le cherchons typique des Vosges, un personnel au top et un service excellent. Keiner im Hotel sprach deutsch, der Fernsehapparat hatte nur 34 französische Programme, der Möbeltresor war nicht mit dem Schrank verschraubt , auf Nachfrage: das wäre in allen Zimmern so, der Tresor wäre zu schwer zum Wegtragen. Im Restaurant hatte man keinen Platz für uns, wir mussten auswärts essen

Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt, mit dem schönen grossen Park, super Aussicht auf den See. Das Frühstück war lecker, die Betten bequem, dass Personal freundlich. Wir hatten uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

ein wenig "plüschige" Gemütlichkeit, aber sehr romantisch, insgesamt empfehlenswert :-)
Pros:

Frühstück war klasse, alle Wünsche erfüllt! Sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal. Erstklassige Lage. Essen im Restaurant empfehlenswert und gut. Bei Bedarf gibt es Tiefgarage.

Het bleek dat het restaurant gesloten was . We hadden via Booking al betaald.
Moesten naar een ander hotel omdat het al laat was en in het hotel wilde eten . In overleg weggegaan, maar tot op de dag van vandaag geld retour gehad.
Ze waren denk ik vergeten de gegevens naar Booking aan te passen

The sheets were fit for Royalty and the meal was absolutely superb!! Great pool. Lovely views and an excellent location with just a short but lovely walk to the town.
