It is a great place to relax seated on the garden chairs. It is very nice to visit the downtown of the city of Avranches

Wonderful Hotel, Welcoming and Friendly Staff

Wonderful Hotel, friendly and competent hosts and staff. A fantastic gem of a hotel close to Avranche. From Check-in to check-out we felt welcomed and cared for. Our room in the newly built Villa Madila on the 1 floor was roomy & quiet, modern Bretagne style with a balcony overlooking the huge French garden. The breakfast buffet is rich with a variety of yogurts & cereals, local products like ham & local cheeses, confitures, eggs made to order or ready as scrambled with bacon, assortments of breads and cakes, etc. One of the evenings after a long day of site seeing we had dinner at the La Ramade restaurant, which was exquisite and perfectly cooked. Nathan even translated the French menu for us and printed us copies - what a service! The wine list is plentiful with a good selection for everyone´s purse. Our host also gave is insider tips to watch the flood wave coming in at Pontaubault 12 minutes away, where surfers, paddlers and SUPers ride le mascaret.

TOP in jeder Hinsicht - jederzeit wieder
Pros:

Das Hotel ist eine Klasse für sich. Wir haben ohne nachzufragen, am Sonntag für uns zwei ein Traum-Mittagessen gekocht erhalten - vom Chef persönlich - unglaublich, aber wahr!
Das Personal ist mega freundlich. Nicht aufgesetzt sondern einfach natürlich zuvorkommend - genial.
Das Frühstück ist liebevolll hergerichtet und bietet top-Qualität. Es gibt einen guten Fruchtsalat, selber gemacht mit guten Früchten. Aus das Fleisch war bestimmt von sehr guter Qualität.
Die Chefin ist eine Gastgeberin die man/n und Frau sich wünscht - zuvorkommend, dienstleistungsorientiert und kann Wünsche der Kunden ablesen - Gratulation.

petit déjeuner décevant avec un choix assez limité de produits, des pains de mauvaise qualité
la chambre n’est pas à la hauteur d’un 4 étoiles avec des trous de cheville dans les murs mal rebouchés et encore apparents , un ancien support de papier toilette encore en place mais on comprend qu’il a été cassé , le support de gel douche cassé , un mobilier sur le balcon pas propre et un fauteuil d’un autre temps dans la chambre

Pros:

Chambre spacieuse et confortable. Literie de bonne qualité. Environnement calme dans un magnifique jardin arboré. Idéalement situé, proche de l'autoroute, de la gare mais également du centre ville. Parking gratuit à l'hôtel. Wifi de très bonne qualité.

Easy stay between normandy and Mont Saint Michel back
Pros:

Free parking lot on site. The room was large and comfortable. We only stayed one night to see Mont Saint Michel (about 25 minutes away), but it was an easy and comfortable stay.

Viel tegen. Gastvrouw was niet eerlijk, we zouden de kamer terugbetaald krijgen,niet gebeurd

Ontbijt buffet was goed.
De kamers waren heel gehorig, je hoorde letterlijk alles. Herrie op de gang, deuren slaan en mensen die vroeg vertrokken maakte erg veel lawaai.
Voor je rust hoef je daar niet heen te gaan.

Cons:

We zaten in een bijgebouw.
Gebouw ziet er leuk uit, kamer zag er mooi uit. Tuin is er leuk, locatie ook.
Het was daar erg gehorig, doortrekken toilet was zoveel lawaai dat was vreselijk, elke keer wakker.
Als iemand staat te douchen hoor je het gekletterd van het water in de douchebak.
Andere hotelgasten waren erg luidruchtig.
