pobyt bardzo udany
Pros:

bardzo dobra lokalizacja na zakupy jak i pozwiedzanie miasta, przestronny pokój, super ze mogliśmy skorzystać z niedrogiego zamykanego parkingu co umożliwiło nam poruszanie sie po mieście na nogach i komunikacją.

Cons:

byliśmy w dość ciepłym okresie i w pokoju było bardzo gorąco a otwierane było tylko jedno okno, duży plus za wiatrak :)

Es. Ar sehr heiß, mit wenig Lueftungsmoeglichkeitzn, und sehr laut wg schlechter Isolierung. Selten so schlecht geschlafen

Cons:

Schimmel,Unsauberkeit des Teppichs..Baby konnte nicht krabbeln.Matratzen stark durchgelegen.Absolut verwohnt die Ferienwohnung .

Cons:

Нет лифта, старые оконные системы, плохо работающие. Нерпботающий пульт от телевизора. На кухне нет сушки для посуды, нет соли, мебель старая.

Okay. Tad expensive for what it really is
Pros:

It was fine in general for 2 days and the staff was wonderful.

Cons:

The sink had a large crack in it. The light flickered all night, the room didn't look like the photos and it was so load outside in the morning you woke up to what sounded like the building falling down.
And the elevator didnt work.

Locatie in het centrum, handdoeken elke dag schone gekregen, op de eerste vloer

Cons:

Veel trein en vervoer lawaai, gordijnen nooit gewassen, deuren waren los, stank in de ingang, de lift deed niet, geen plaats om te eten in de kamer. De kamers zijn klein met goedkope tapijt. geen strijkijzer. Geen uitstraling van een hotel

יש תמורה למחיר. אחלה מיקום

קיבלנו שדרוג בדירה, במקום חדר שינה אחד וסלון קיבלנו עוד חדר שינה אחד, חדרים גדולים. יצא מעולה. היינו חמש חברות. ידעתי מראש שאין מעלית במקום כך שבאתי בלי ציפיות קראתי את כל התגובות לפני, נכון, הבניין והדירה לא משופצים, דורשים קצת צבע, תחזוקה אבל סה"כ באנו לשלושה ימים ולא לגור שם אז קיבלנו תמורה למחיר. המיקום מושלם. המ'לחת עם זרם חזק. קיבלנו מאווררים כי היה חם מאוד. היה לנו חנייה, 10 יורו ליום, קיבלנו מענה לכל פנייה שלנו. הכניסה נוחה. יש מקרר וכל אבזור המטבח. אני בהחלט אחזור לשם אם נהיה שוב בברלין.

Die Lage ist gut, das Apartment ist groß, die Verkehrsanbindung ist gut, die Flexibilität beim check-out sehr angenehm

der Aufzug ist dauerdefekt, in der Küche fehlen Basics wie Korkenzieher, Flaschen-+ Dosenöffner
durch die nahe S-Bahntrasse ist es ziemlich laut
