Pros:

I loved the location of the hotel , it's perfect. I got a smaller room on the last day and it was better than my previous room.
The hotel staff especially the ladies at the reception are so nice , warm and helpful!

Cons:

The curtains in my room which was on the 5th floor brought in light as they could not close properly.
Elevator not working , my toilet kept blocking and that was disgusting.
They need to finish renovation the whole place

Wir haben die Nacht gut verbracht, hatten alles, was wir brauchen...
Pros:

Das Zimmer war für die Preisklasse überraschend geräumig. Alles befand sich in einem guten Zustand, die Einrichtung war zweckmäßig und völlig ausreichend. Es gab Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher und ein Grundsortiment Tee auf dem Zimmer. Vor dem Fenster hätte es sogar noch einen großen Balkon gegeben, der einen dann allerdings mitten im Berliner Straßenverkehr platziert. Im Hof befindet sich ein gesicherter Parkplatz. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern hört man nichts von der Außenwelt und auch im Haus selbst bemerkt man nichts von den anderen Gästen. Es ist sauber und macht insgesamt einen angenehmen Eindruck.

Cons:

Die Anreise ist nervenaufreibend, weil man vom Auto aus das Eingangsschild des Hotels nicht einsehen kann. Man mäandert durch die engen Straßen - der Aufgang zum Hotel ist nach hinten versetzt und leider nicht gut beleuchtet. Außerdem ist auf der Startseite des Webauftritts vom Hotel ein völlig anderes Gebäude abgebildet, was zusätzlich zu Irritationen führt. Als wir ankamen, war der Eingangsbereich von Leitern verstellt, weil gerade Handwerker mit Renovierungsarbeiten beschäftigt waren. Es erforderte also einen Anruf in der Rezeption, um den Weg freiräumen zu lassen.

Great location and space in the room
Pros:

The location and the Space in the room were great. Also very clear
Staff was very nice

Cons:

It was a bit noisy (noise from other rooms and from the street) and it was too warm (pipes in the room were hot despite we cut the heat)

Our room was big enough for us, we found all the things we needed starting from the kitchen to the bathroom

Fahrstuhl war leider defekt. Das Mobiliar ist schon etwas mitgenommen.

Einfaches Hotel, trotzdem zu empfehlen. Ich würde es wieder nehmen.
