Locatie

Cons:

De entree stonk naar natte hond en oude was.
De lift was stuk.
De kamer was stoffig.
De badkamer was niet schoon, de douchekop en de wastafel waren stuk.
De muren zijn van papier, dus het hotel is enorm gehorig.

L'emplacement est idéal, par contre les appartements mériteraient un coup de rafraichissement.

Très bon emplacement et personnel agréable.

Cons:

Les appartements sont un peu vétustes. Le matériel - le stricte minimum. Une machine à café à disposition, mais pas de filtres :( L'une des chambres n'avaient ni rideaux, ni volets. Manque de chance, c'était la chambre exposition est, donc grand soleil à partir de 6h du matin, directement sur le lit, pas du tout agréable, surtout par temps de fortes chaleurs. Et je passe l'ascenseur en panne. Quand on est logé au 5ème et qu'il faut monter les valises, pas terrible...

Estadía económica y relativamente cómoda en una buena zona de Berlin

Ubicación y que tenía parqueo privado por 10€ la noche

Cons:

Que de la calle al apartamento era muy rústico y la recepción en el segundo nivel, no se sentía tan confiable. Pero estuvo ok. Concepto de aparthotel.

Die gute Lage und das freundliche Personal.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind leider sehr stark in die Jahre gekommen. Schon von außen waren wir enttäuscht. Im Inneren wurde dies leider bestätigt.

Udany pobyt. Miejsce jest świetne, jeśli chodzi o lokalizację. Doceniam też wielkość pokoju.

Buena localizacion y cerca de transporte publico, restaurantes y supermercados

Cons:

Nos dieron una habitación en el 5 piso porque no habia otra. No funcionaba el ascensor y segun comentarios llevaba mucho tiempo asi, esto no lo avisan en la descripción. Nos propusieron cambiar a otra al dia siguiente pero ibamos con maletas grandes, un bebe y su carrito. Pedi por favor un cambio inmediato pero no fue posible. Al dis siguiente un dolor de espalda horrible, las camas malisimas y encima a las 5:30 todo iluminado porque las cortinas eran de papel y no cubrian nada. Pedi una devolución del dinero porque solo queria irme con mi familia a otro sitio. No me dejaron, me obligaron a quedarme en otra habitación “mejor”.
No lo recomiendo para nada
