Beware, not guaranteed you get what you paid for

We were very disappointed with the rooms we were initially given. They looked nothing like the photos on Booking.com. We had booked two standard double rooms but received one double room and one apartment, both of a much lower standard than expected.

As soon as I saw the room, I went to reception to complain, but the response was unhelpful. The rooms felt more like basic holding cells than welcoming hotel rooms, with sparse furnishings and bars on the windows. To make matters worse, one of the rooms had no hot water.

Fortunately, the next day we were able to change to two much nicer rooms. However, the original rooms were not worth the price we paid, and the huge gap between the advertised photos and reality was extremely disappointing.

Pros:

El alojamiento está genial. Habitaciones espaciosas, zona segura de Roma y cerca del Vaticano. Muy buen trato y servicio, así como buenos precios. Si vuelvo a Roma, reservaré en este hotel. Tanto mi pareja como yo acabamos encantados.

Bon séjour grâce à un hôtel bien situé - propre malgré un petit déjeuner décevant.
Pros:

le personnel à l'accueil : d'une très grande gentille - disponible - de bon conseil et la climatisation indispensable à Rome en juillet.

Cons:

Le gros point négatif : le petit déjeuner trop industriel vraiment pas à la hauteur tout absolument tout est industriel - et le personnel très désagréable- (personnel du petit déjeuner)
Le lit une personne très étroit et chambre qui manquait de luminosité naturelle.

Pros:

Die Lage toll, Frühstück war auch in Ordnung. Leider hatten wir Probleme mit der Klimaanlage im Zimmer - das wurde aber dann behoben.
