Çok memnu kaldım.
Pros:

İş amaçlı bir yolculuktu. Otel tam iş amaçlı yolculuk için uygun. Fiyat-Performans oteli. Kaiseireli metro istasyonuna 3-4 DK türüme mesafesinde. Kahvaltı gerçekten harika. Personel güler yüzlü ve çok saygılı. Odalar lüks değil ama ortalama bir seviyede iş seyahati için uygun ve en önemlisi temiz olması. Wi-Fi da çok iyi. Otele 5 DK yürümede büyük super market var. 10-15 DK mesafesinde de restoranlar ve. Zaten Frankfurt merkezinden fiziki olarak ayrı olduğu için, ortam çok sakin ve nezih.
Sadece oda tahsisi konusunda bir sorun yaşadım ki anlatacağım ama bilginiz olsun ki otel bunu çözdü..

Cons:

Odaya girdiğimde oda da klima olmadığını gördüm ama benim rezervasyonum klimalı oda yazıyordu ve rezervasyon yaptığımda bunu göz önüne almıştım zaten. Resepsiyona indim ve odada klima olmadığını söyledim. Kilimalı oda için UP-GRADE yapıp ek para ödememi söylediler. Rezervasyon belgesini gösterdiğimde ikna olup bana ek ödeme almadan klimalı oda verdiler ama booking yaptığım oda tipinin klimasız olduğunu söylediler. Yani sorun otel tarafından çözüldü ama başkası booking üzerinden rezervasyon yapıp aynı sorunu yaşamasın diye, BOOKING.COM bu konuyu otelle konuşup oda tiplerini gerçek imkanlarla yazsın lütfen. Ynai eleştirim BOOKING.COM'a ve otele değil.

Zimmer schlecht, Frühstück gut
Pros:

Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und das Personal war dort freundlich. Die S-Bahnhaltestelle war Fußläufig gut zu erreichen.

Cons:

Das Personal an der Rezeption war in Sachen Freundlichkeit und Kompetenz nicht überzeugend. Das Zimmer hat mir nicht zugesagt. Keine Deckenleuchte im Schlafraum, Bad in die Jahre gekommen, Abfluss in der Dusch-Badewanne klemmte, WC extrem eng. Obwohl Anfang März war, viel zu warm im Raum, aber ein verbeulter Ventilator stand schon bereit. Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt obwohl Personal im Gang unterwegs war. Sauna muss vorher angekündigt werden. Um das Hotel herum riesige Baustellen. E-Ladesäule sehr ungünstig platziert und Preise nicht transparent/zutreffend.

Saubere Zimmer, habe gut geschlafen, nur nette Mitarbeiter, Essen war gut, Lage zentral, optisch von außen nicht schön, aber innen wirklich alles in Schuss….

Cons:

Etwas zu wenig Parkplätze….

ホテル滞在中は、特別不満はなく過ごさせてもらえました。日本人の方で検討されていたら、お勧めいたします。
Pros:

受付・レストランの方がフレンドリーで気持ちよく過ごせました。
ビジネスの宿泊者が多いのか、全体的に落ち着いていて、雰囲気は明るかったです。
朝食も税込€20弱で新鮮で、街中で頂くより、落ち着いて食事できました。

Cons:

駅が工事中の影響で、最短のホテルまでの道が人通りがなく、少し不安を感じましたが安全な地域だそうです。
お部屋の電話が機能していませんでした。早めに直るといいですね。

少し街からは離れますが、過ごしやすいホテルでした。
Pros:

バスに浴槽があったこと。

Cons:

3泊したが、1日目は温かいお湯が出ず、フロントに言うと全室だから仕方ない、、と言われた。翌日からは温かいお湯がでたが、寒い時期だったかもしれないが、だからこそ温かいお湯がでないのは、辛かった。他は申し分無かった。
