All of the staff were nice and responsive.
It's difficult to explain, but I believe the hotel has everything necessary to be considered a good hotel. However, good management is missing. This is evident in many small details, from the entrance to the room. There are many little things that are surprisingly bad, but they are easy to fix. It's hard to explain, but the management and mindset of the hotel need to change. This place has potential, but it's sadly mismanaged.
Internet was good and I had access to a roof terrace.
I booked and prepaid a room with balcony - when I arrived they said they are over booked. They gave me a room close to the rooftop terrace that was dirty, eith no ashtrays and with some laundry around. The elevator was going to the 4th floor so I had to carry the luggage on the stairs to the 5th. The bed sheets were ok, but underneath - dirty. There was no cool water didn't and the tap was broken. I put the do not disturb and they still entered my room. The breakfast was ok-ish, but coffee machine was sometimes not working, there wasn't enough water, and one morning when there were many guests, not even the food was enough. On booking they say coffee machine - not available, and the coffee milk in the room was expired. The parking is very narrow and costs 10 E per day. So, almost 600 euro/1 pers - nights in these conditions - unacceptable.
