Da localização e principalmente da atenção do Andre, que nos recepcionou com.muita cordialidade e foi muito prestativo.

Cons:

Faltou apenas sum frigobar. Para ficar apenas 1 estadia nao faz tanta diferença, mas se fossemos ficar mais, poderiamos ter água, frutas frescas no quarto.

Hotel en plein centre et parking. Personnel très attentionné et professionnel.
Pros:

Hotel un peu désuet mais très bien situé avec vue sur le centre historique. Personnel très sympathique. Possibilité de décharger les bagages juste devant l’hôtel et parking à 20m. Bon petit déjeuner avec belle vue sur la ville.

Localização excelente. Acesso ao estacionamento muito fácil. Os funcionários foram sempre muito atenciosos e no check in nos ofereceram um upgrade de quarto a um custo bem razoável

Cons:

Os travesseiros não estavam bons. O café da manhã também deixou a desejar, com muito poucas opções.

A gerência do hotel foi excepcional na forma como ajudaram na alteração das datas do check-in ainda que não houvesse essa obrigação da sua parte, tendo ainda feito um up-grade da reserva.
Funcionários extremamente educados, com grande simpatia, transmitiram toda a informação necessária para que pudéssemos desfrutar da cidade de Coimbra da melhor maneira.
Hotel com excelentes condições, limpeza e organização muito acima da média.
A localização do Hotel foi sem dúvida um factor determinante na nossa escolha.
