Pros:

La proximité du metro (ligne 1) et du tram. Meublé et décoré avec gout. Salle bain moderne et literie confortable. Chambre pas tres grande mais fonctionnelle. Calme

Cons:

Seul des rideaux occultants sont posés. Pour eviter le vis a vis on doit se priver de lumiere du jour. Rajouter des voilages serait une bonne chose. Manque une cafetiere ou bouilloire.

Perfect for a short stay
Pros:

Nice staff, few meters from the Porte de Vincennes metro station, comfortable bed, free water, lots of space available where to work. It wasn’t loud at night, which can be a problem in Paris.

Cons:

Rooms are a bit small, but that wasn’t a big problem for me. A bit far from the city center, but metro line 1 is just right there.

Don’t think twice, book it
Pros:

Amazing property. Great amenities. Very clean.
Free sparkling water, tea, coffee.
Great staff.
Would 100% recommend this property.
A bit away from the central location but about 20-25 mins public transport to the centre.
Being in a residential area things are cheaper around this property.
I will def recommend.

Confort y descanso a un muy buen precio en Paris
Pros:

Lo que más nos gustó es que es un hotel iluminado, con una decoración agradable. Sobre todo, destacamos la amabilidad del personal. A pesar de no hablar el mismo idioma, nunca supuso una dificultad. Se esforzaban por darse a entender en nuestro idioma. Hacemos una mención especial a una chica rubia con gafas que nos recibió el primer día. Cuando regresábamos al hotel después de pasear por París, nos sentíamos como en casa. Con la conexión del metro, llegas rápido a cualquier zona de la ciudad e incluso a Versalles. Es un lugar tranquilo . Gracias por todo y espero volver en mi próximo viaje a Paris

Uma observação pra recepcionista Ema e a manager que foram muito gentis , atenciosas e muito simpáticas .
Pros:

Ficamos em duas etapas a primeira j quarto era mais amplo na segunda um pouco menor mas muito confortável .maquina de espresso disponível para os hóspedes a única coisa é que poderia ter um frigobar no quarto , mas as recepcionista foram muito gentis em deixar nos usarmos a geladeirinha da recepção

Finde Semana de agosto en Paris!

Si buscas un alojamiento algo alejado del centro de paris y con buena conexión en el metro es ideal! También hay parking en la calle por la noche y suele haber lugar para dejar el coche en la puerta.
El personal muy amable, tanto previo como en el check in y el check out,
La climatización de la habitación excelente.
Recomendable y volvería a repetir!

Cons:

Podría tener un poco más de iluminación en la habitación y hemos consultado por el desayuno y nos ha parecido algo elevado de precio.
