most budget hotels in Paris are situated in really old buildings, therefore they are mostly quite small with tiny bathrooms, poor soundproofing and they also do not have Aircon... NOT PIA PIA! this hotel exceeded my expectations in a major way! Large soundproofed room with a massive bathroom! and excellent AIRCON ! Location was fabulous, I highly recommend exploring the Sunday antique market that pops up right across the street. Lots of restaurants, supermarkets and metro/bus/tram station right across the street. As a solo female traveller I never felt unsafe. I have to mention that the facilities are super CLEAN! This is a new hotel and it is fabulous, free hot drinks available 24/7, Luxury toiletries in the bathrooms. WIN <3

Cons:

Not a critique but the single bed is a small bed, while it was comfortable for me it wouldn't be the most comfortable for anyone over 6feet in height.. so I would recommend getting the 'double bed' in that situation.
The addition of a mirror in the room would be great instead of just the mirror in the bathroom :)

Pros:

L'hôtel est très bien situé à côté de l'arrêt Porte de Vincennes sur la ligne 1 : tous les grands monuments parisiens sont accessibles facilement. Les chambres sont décorées avec soin. La literie est confortable et la climatisation, très agréable, fonctionne parfaitement. Le petit déjeuner est simple mais bon avec des produits frais. Le personnel est adorable et serviable. Il y a une salle pour travailler, climatisée, avec de nombreuses prises. Il est possible de laisser les bagages sans problème après avoir rendu la chambre. Une excellente adresse à Paris !

Pros:

A simple hotel that gets the basic things right. Clean rooms that are well appointed. Beds very comfortable - kids slept like hibernating bears. Good bathroom. Quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

A cheaper breakfast would be good. 18 Euros is a bit excessive really - 12 or 14 would be closer to the mark. For instance the cafes and boulangeries in the neighbourhood are cheaper and have more ambiance en plus.

Приятный отель, с удовольствием вернусь еще!
Pros:

Новое постельное белье, удобный матрас, бесплатный кофе и питьевая вода, дружелюбный персонал. Рядом магазин, кафе, метро и трамвай. Через 30 мин можно оказаться в центре.

Very accommodating, kind, and generous staff! Everything was very clean and comfortable. The receptionist gave me a non-included coffee+croissant on my way out :)

Cons:

Room service took a longer than advertised and was expensive, but it's a minor complaint, and there's cheap food near the hotel in any case.
