Yes, I’d definitely come back
Pros:

The location is very well connected to the metro, trams and buses, and we used all of them without any issues. The mattresses were comfortable and seemed almost new.

Yes, the room is small, but for tourists who mainly use the accommodation for sleeping and spend most of their time outdoors, it’s perfect. The bathroom was clean, the room was cleaned regularly, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

For smokers, there is a lovely inner courtyard where we enjoyed having a cigarette in the evening. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend it.

Good value. Good experience
Pros:

Best shower pressure I have experienced in a city hotel. Nice and clean. Good front staff. An overall good experience. I recommend a stay here.

Cons:

Side street a bit dark from the Metro. A lady on her own would not feel comfortable walking to the hotel late at night.

Pros:

The hotel was very clean. The room was a good size. Fresh towels were provided every day. The location was excellent. There is a metro station just a three-minute walk away, with easy access to all the main attractions. Filtered water, coffee, and tea were available at all times. The breakfast was delicious. The reception desk was open 24/7.

Nuestra estancia en el hotel ha sido genial. El personal que nos atendió súper simpático. Teníamos reservada una habitación superior y nos dieron una deluxe sin coste adicional. Las instalaciones son muy bonitas y el aire acondicionado funciona súper bien. No está en el centro pero el metro está a unos pasos y conecta con el centro de la ciudad. Sin duda repetiríamos

Value per price is great. The hotel is situated in the well-connected area, close to metro and tram lines. The area is pretty quiet and safe. The hotel staff is super nice, special thanks to Emma at the reception!
There is also a filtered still water available for everyone. Absolutely suggested!

Cons:

When booking a room, read and choose carefully the sizes of the room, as the standard room size is quite small.

Prima verblijf

Rustige locatie met top verbinding metro. Kamer netjes verzorgd.

Cons:

Bij het inchecken kregen we te horen dat onze geboekte 3-persoonskamer niet meer beschikbaar was en dat we in plaats daarvan 2 tweepersoonskamers zouden krijgen. Eenmaal aangekomen bij de kamers waren we erg teleurgesteld: de kamers waren ontzettend klein en krap, met het bed praktisch tegen de badkamer aan. Dit was absoluut niet wat we hadden geboekt of verwacht.

We hebben dit direct bij de receptie aangegeven en duidelijk gemaakt dat we niet akkoord gingen met deze wijziging. Tot onze verbazing bleek de 3-persoonskamer vervolgens ineens tóch beschikbaar te zijn. Deze kamer was aanzienlijk ruimer en veel comfortabeler dan de aangeboden tweepersoonskamers.

Het is erg jammer en teleurstellend dat we niet meteen de kamer kregen die we daadwerkelijk hadden geboekt en dat we eerst zelf bezwaar moesten maken voordat de juiste oplossing werd aangeboden.
