Centrale ligging, privé parkeerplaats. Fijn aangezien de auto vol lag met onze vakantiespullen. Kamer was netjes. Ontbijt was lekker! Veel keuze. Prima overnachting voor doorreis.

I spent one night in this hotel whilst on a trip with Leger, and it was honestly the BEST hotel that we stayed in for the whole trip.
The Alize Mouscron is tucked away just behind what appeared to be the main town square. Whilst it was a bit of a struggle for the Luxuria coach to reverse down the narrow street to reach it, this meant it was a really quiet hotel - I didn't hear any noise from any adjacent rooms either!
The staff here were very friendly, I didn't catch the gentleman's name but there was a really helpful person in the morning who explained why they had so many 'old' sewing machines and textiles in the restaurant/seating areas. I did have to request a second keycard when there were two of us in the room, but this was handled very quickly.
The room itself (102) was spacious and opposite the lift (if you are less able bodied I'd recommend asking for this room, it's also near the stairs in case there is a queue for the lift). The toilet was separate from the shower and sink, which you don't see often but can work well for a shared room. The beds were VERY comfy and I really liked and appreciated the pillow menu. The TV had English language channels if you wanted them, and was a great picture. The aircon worked well, and there were charging options by each bed which I love.
Everything was really clean, though I think my shower head was a bit old as it didn't change colour. The reason I say this is that this hotel (and I presume the We Care Hotels brand) are VERY eco-conscious - there's a poster in the shower-room advising that your shower head changes colour depending on the heat of the water. The shower itself had excellent pressure, but it did take a while to warm up which wasn't ideal for water usage.
Talking about being eco-friendly, this hotel does have a gym/sauna that I didn't visit, but on the second floor where they are they have a free water dispenser. I didn't realise this until just before I left, but I love the fact you can help yourself to free water for your room whenever you want.
The hotel was very quiet as I said, which meant there wasn't a lot going on - but the furnishings and the call backs to local history made it really pleasant to walk through. The seats in the ground floor were all really comfortable and a great place to just hang out whilst you waited for the breakfast buffet to open.
Speaking of, this was one of the best breakfasts we had during the trip, it mixed continental with the expected (by British folks) hot food. There was a lot to chose from, and on the drinks front there was the option for both pre-prepared orange juice and a squeeze your own option.
I would absolutely stay in this hotel in the future, and I would also look out for the other two hotels in this brand as well.
We stayed here for 4 nights with Leger on a Battlefields tour. The rooms were clean. Care is needed using the showers as they are quite slippy. Breakfasts more than adequate with plenty of choice. Staff friendly
Heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Mooie kamer, ruim opgezet en netjes. We hadden één tweepersoonsbed en een tweepersoons slaapbank. Het hotel is in een gezellige omgeving en goed bereikbaar. Verder geen last van geluiden van buiten.
Als enige van de 4 vond ik het bed niet fijn, het was voor mij een te hard matras. Ontbijt was prima. Maar zelf je sinaasappelsap persen, of zelf je croissant of pannenkoek nog even 'grillen' had van mij niet gehoeven. Brood was bovendien wat hard
