Sehr geehrtes Booking Com - Team,

am Abend des 25.10.2026 21.08 bin ich von der Empfangsdame an der Rezeption freundlich empfange worden.
Mein Zimmer hatte ich im Voraus bezahlt.

Bei er Frage, ob ich Frühstück wünsche, verständigten wir uns so, das ich das bei der Abreise bezahle, weil ich ja auch noh eine Rechnung benötige und wir das dann Alles zusammen beim Auschecken abwickeln.

Als ich am nächsten Morgen am Frühstücksbuffet stand, meinen Kaffee und Brotteller schon in den Händen haltend, kam eine Dame und sagte, dass ich nicht Frühstücken darf und erst bezahlen muss.....Ich wies darauf hin, dass Ihre Kollegin mit mir beim Einchecken etwas anderes vereinbart hatte.

Daraufhin hat man den Hotelmanager geholt und dieser hat mich an einen abseitsgelegenen Einzeltisch zitiert, und wie in einem Verhör versucht davon zu überzeugen, dass ich erst das Frühstück bezahlen muss, bevor ich es zu mir nehme....
Die Tasse Kaffee immer noch in der Hand haltend und der schon zum Teil gefüllte Frühstückteller, stand irgendwo am Buffet, zwischen Käse und Marmelade

Ich sagte ihm, dass mir sowas in meinem ganzen Leben, noch nirgendwo auf der Welt passiert ist und das das sehr menschenverachtend und unprofessionell sei. Darauf hin hat er mir Hausverbot für für alle Motel One Häuser erteilt.

Ich verließ sofort das Hotel und habe bis dahin auch keinen einzigen Schluck Kaffee trinken können.

Eine offizielle Beschwerde an die CEO's von Hotel One in die Zentrale nach München ist unterwegs

Schöne gemütliche Zimmer außerhalb des Zentrums

Schöne gemütliche Zimmer, mit allem was ich gebraucht habe
nicht zentral - aber sehr gut mit der ubanh direkt vom hbf zu erreichen

Cons:

das Frühstück habe ich als recht teuer empfunden
