בהזמנה שלנו היה כתוב שכולל ארוחת בוקר. המשפחה ירדה לאכול והציעו להם ביצים / טוסטים וכדו׳ ואז בקשו מאיתנו תוספת תשלום על הארוחה. הסבירו לי שבהזמנה זו ארוחת בוקר קונטיננטלית ולא מלאה.... חבל שלא עדכנו אותנו לפני כן ולפני שבקשו יותר מ300פאונד תוספת

המלון לא מותאם לילדים קטנים עם עגלות. ולא למבוגרים. יש המון מדרגות. אין מעלית. למסעדה יורדים מדרגות. לחדרים עולים מדרגות....
אין מקלחת נפרדת רק בתוך האמבטיה שזה מאוד נוח לילדים אבל לא למבוגרים.... אין מיזוג והיינו שם בימים חמים במיוד.

A lovely hotel for a short break close to Didsbury Village
Pros:

The upgrade to an impressive suite was very welcomed.

Cons:

A small point, but the rooms were very warm. Easily solved by me turning off radiators.
