Minimal service from front desk, no breakfast offered when asked, despite advertised on their site

Lovely room good location and friendly.
Only slight thing was no English tv channels working. Would be very happy to stay again.

Lady on reception desk was really nice and helpful, but no kettle in the room, so ask her for one, and she’ll give you one and some milk, no coffee or tea in the room either, lots of foreign men around both days and nights stopping at the hotel, I had room 21 and they were very loud early in the morning and quite late at night plus smoking outside my room which I could really smell with my windows closed 😡👎👎

Echt een drama

Tres bien, grande chambre sans bruit au rez de chaussee.

Spinnenweb hangen aan het plafon, vloerbedekking is vies en smerig, geen mogelijkheid om te luchten, raam kan niet open.
Waterdruk is ver te zoeken, je kan amber je tanden poetsen.

Ingen internet og det kommer heller ikke foreløbig,værlset i træls forfatning. Søde menesker i reception

Friendly staff,comfortable room

De kamer was bovem verwachying. Het hotel zelf is wel aan een onderhoudsbeurt toe.

Received the email about the instructions how to access the property a day after we left
The mattress did not have a fitted sheet
Woke up itchy all over
The room was damp
No room service or anyone available for fresh towels the second day
Breakfast has to be ordered before 8:00 pm the evening before
I saw about 12 cars in the parking lot and no one was having breakfast
We checked in after 8:00 and received no email until we left
When I asked about it the second day they said it must be in spam folder
It wasn’t
I’ve stayed in all kinds of hotels
This was one of the worst experiences in a long time

You have a lot better and cheaper options available in the area

Perfectly adequate hotel for budget stays but the price is not realistic for the room offered. No kettle, no evening meals, small stock in vending machine. Very courteous lady on reception or score would have been lower. Had to drive to a local supermarket for provisions.

Hotel sans charme et sans intérêt, mais bon marché avec juste ce qu'il faut pour se doucher et dormir. Il ne faut y aller pour les environs. Il n'y a pas grand-chose.

Très belle chambre, propre, une petite déception sur le manque d'un petit plateau de confort ex de café disponible en stick et bouilloire.

Séjour agréable

We stayed in the triple room. The room was looking in the parking place so it was silent. The room was clean, hot water was working.

I was busy having dinner with friends in Wevelgem and missed the check in from 4:00 to 8:00. Called after 8:00 and the reception was closed.

Basic hotel, maar zeker waar voor je geld. Het bed ligt goed, alleen is het hotel gelegen langs een vrij drukke baan, waardoor er toch wel wat lawaai is. Daarnaast kan het hotel wel een renovatie gebruiken, nieuwe ruiten, een likje verf en een upgrade van de badkamer zouden een felle verbetering zijn.
