Good resort let down by splash pool safety and upsetting staff encounter
Pros:

Food is of a high standard especially considering how many people they are feeding (fish and Mexican night were highlights) - restaurant is very well run by the team. Also impressed by drinks list and cocktails included - wine not good but you can buy decent bottles from the shop opposite. Staff generally great - hard-working, patient and good humoured. Our room (1 bedroom suite) was spacious if basic but this is reflected in the price. Kids really enjoyed their activities and entertainment.

Cons:

1. Splash pool – safety hazard
On day one of our stay, my 3-year-old cut his toe while playing in the splash pool. On day two, the pool was closed and drained, which revealed the cause: jagged concrete edges, as well as missing tiles around the pool surface.
2. Staff conduct – incident with Maribol
One evening after the kids' show, my son jumped up to hug me and accidentally knocked over a glass I'd placed on the floor under my seat (there were very few tables). A staff member, Maribol, approached and shouted at my husband and me in an aggressive and confrontational manner. Her tone and body language were intimidating and completely disproportionate to a minor accident involving a young child. This was unprofessional, upsetting for our family, and not the standard of guest interaction we'd expect from a 4* resort (any resort to be fair...).

Aceptable sitio turístico.
Pros:

Personal muy amable.
Nada de ruido a la hora de dormir por la noche.

Cons:

La piscina infantil tenía el agua muy sucia y bastantes baldosas en mal estado, deberían de arreglarla, ya que pisan muchos niños y pueden cortarse.
Es un hotel muy turístico, si buscas algo más tranquilo con gente local no es tu sitio.
Alrededores del hotel también demasiado turístico, tienes que salir hasta Ciudadela para encontrarte con el verdadero ambiente menorquín.
No repetiría.

Menorca é incrível e pretendo voltar. Mas não pretendo repetir este hotel.

A equipa de animação.

Cons:

O buffet. Pequeno almoço com pouca qualidade. Refeições principais medianas. Os snacks disponíveis eram muito limitados e a qualidade muito má.
Sinceramente a alimentação foi péssima.

Las instalaciones, el trato del personal, todo muy fluido para la cantidad de personas que habían en el hotel, buen trabajo del personal (buena organización), la limpieza etc.

Cons:

El buffet está bien pero el desayuno habría que mejorar la calidad de los embutidos, muy enfocado al desayuno americano.

Whilst we liked the location and pools sadly we would not return due to it only having one restaurant which was chaotic
Pros:

Good location , near harbour and beach. Good sizes swimming pools, gardens kept well, rooms clean

Cons:

Dining experience awful, to just have one restaurant for all guests it was so noisy, chaotic, dangerous with kids running around and having to constantly get up and go to another bar for drinks that really would be better of with table service, holding plates of hot dinner then having to navigate back to your table with so many people moving around is dangerous and so disorganised this really spoilt our dining experience at this resort

Excellent hotel, great experience
Pros:

Amazingly attentive staff, very kind and helpful. They treated our severely disabled, non-verbal, quadriplegic son with so much love and kindness, it was truly amazing 🤩

Also loved the chair lift at the pool, made life so much easier.

The food was also great, catered for five of us with very different tastes.

Cons:

Sadly there was no accessible room left, which was ok, but a bit tight with the wheelchair. We didn’t mind, but were a bit worried we will get the chair stuck in the door 😂

Fantastic staff and exactly what we expected for a family holiday
Pros:

The STaff were incredibly friendly, It looked exactly like the photos. Grounds were well kept and everything worked well. Plenty of entertainment and happy and engaged staff. Food was varried and good quality, never a shortage of anything.

Cons:

A little tricky with dietry requirements, we had a DF guest. Labelling and special requests were hard to understand at times.
