Pros:

Todo, limpieza, desayuno, habitaciones, amabilidad, spa, piscina, aparcamiento cubierto gratuito, ubicación junto al Tormes a 10 minutos de Salamanca, tranquilo, acogedor y estupendo para descansar.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt im in die Jahre gekommenen Hotel
Pros:

Das grosse Zimmer, die ausgezeichnete Küche, fantastisches Frühstück, super freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Wir mochten den Chic demodé, das Hotel ist riesig und in die Jahre gekommen, die Klima ist laut und im Zimmer ist die Luft abgestanden.

This hotel is actually a 2-3 star hotel.
Pros:

The breakfast was outstanding. The shower in the room was the best we have ever found.

Cons:

The front desk was VERY slow checking in. The pillows were flat as pancakes. The beds were like sleeping on cardboard.

En general me encanta el hotel , las instalaciones personal de limpieza y recepción de 10.
He notado cambio con respecto a la parte de bar , hemos pasado de cerrar el bar de piscina, a quitar la máquina de bebidas y este año le pedí a la chica rubia del bar si podía pedir dos cervezas en vaso para la piscina y me dijo que no. A mi marido y a mi nos gusta tomarnos algo en la piscina y no nos importa tener que ir al bar a buscarlo , pero no hemos podido hacerlo este año , por lo demás, repetiremos sin dudarlo

En general el hotel está bien. El personal muy bien sobre todo francisco de recepción.

Cons:

La piscina no tenia el bar abierto y el dispensador de bebida estaba averiado.
