Pros:

Nice hotel with a personality, not far away from the central station but in a very quiet area. It is served by the bus 1 that can take you up to Ascona.
The room was really nice, I took the one with the shared bathroom, but I also had a sink. The bed was large and comfortable. The shared toilet and shower room were well equipped and cleaned.
The breakfast room area was also really nice and the breakfast moderate but good.
The whole staff was really kind and gentle. Highly recommended.

Cons:

Even if booked as a single person it would have been nice to have a second pillow on my double bed.
It's a shame that when the reception closes they also close the communal area where one could anyway sit and relax in the evening.
Also, I'd advise to put a kettle with some tea in the room, it's a small addition but for a guest like me means a lot. 🙂

Minha estadia foi muito boa.
Pros:

O café da manhã fantástico, a localização é ótima, a equipe é gentil e educada.
O prédio é lindo.

Aš gavau numerį į gatvės pusę, ji gana judri net naktį - taigi miegas bus šiaip sau.

Preis- Leistung stimmt.
Pros:

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Gute und günstige Parkmöglichkeit.
Umfangreiches Frühstück.

Cons:

Dachzimmer mit tiefer Decke. Dusche und Toilette war ausserhalb des Zimmers was aber auch so vermerkt war. Daher preislich eben günstiger.

Delightful and Welcoming Hotel
Pros:

The hotel was clean and welcoming. The shared shower & toilet facilities were clean and equipped. The A/C in my room was effective however made an enduring noise.

Cons:

The room was not well isolated from noise and slamming doors woke me up several times, perhaps install air-pump closures. The A/C made a continuous noise.

Pros:

Staff were so so nice!

Cons:

The top floor rooms (with shared bathroom) have restricted ceiling space, so you can’t stand up straight in most of the room. Also the AC unit was functional but really noisy so I couldn’t have it on while sleeping.
