Schönes Traditionshaus in super Lage, aber etwas hellhörig.
Pros:

Die wunderschöne Lage direkt in Muralto und der charmante, klassische Stil des Gebäudes. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und das Frühstück bot eine tolle Auswahl mit Blick auf die Umgebung.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind etwas hellhörig und wenig Schmutz auf dem Boden. Sonst sehr zum Empfehlen

Pros:

Lage in Gehdistanz zum See und Zentrum, Bahnhof. Haltestelle vor dem Hotel Ideal für Ausflüge mit der Ticino Touristenkarte. Parkplätze fürs Auto wären bei Bedarf auch vorhanden. Kommen gerne wieder!

Pas tellement satisfaite
Pros:

J'ai aimé l'emplacement de l'hôtel et son apparence extérieure. J'ai apprécié la gentillesse du personnel. Le petit-déjeuner.

Cons:

Les escaliers à l'entrée de l'hôtel et entre les 2ème et 3ème étages: pas du tout pratique avec une poussette ! J'ai dû la porter sans arrêt et elle est lourde.

Le fait que ma chambre ne soit pas nettoyée durant 2 jours. J'ai dû demander qu'elle soit faite le 3ème jour, sinon j'aurais passé tout le séjour avec la poubelle pleine et les lits pas faits. Pourtant j'avais mis le panneau "faire la chambre" et j'étais dehors de 9h jusqu'à 13h30.

Le bruit des femmes de ménage (téléphones, rires, conversations, claquage de portes) dex14h à 15h alors que j'essayais de faire la sieste avec mon petit de 3 ans.

Les clients (2 hommes d'environ 35 ans) qui m'ont réveillée une nuit à 4h du matin en étant alcoolisés, en faisant du bruit pendant 30 minutes avec leurs chaussures dans le couloir en éclatant de rire, en tombant, en claquant les portes. Impossible de me rendormir. Et ils ont recommencé la nuit suivante à 1h20 du matin.

Schönes traditionelles Hotel, freundlicher Service, tolle Lage
Pros:

Sehr schönes Haus an einer viel befahrenen Strasse, die Zimmer nach hinten sind sehr ruhig. Gute Matratzen, kleine aber hübsche Zimmer. Feines Frühstück, guter Kaffee, frisches Brot wäre netter als aufgebackenes. Der Service und die Leute im Hotel sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, sehr viel Infomaterial liegt auf.

Un bon rapport qualité-prix pour cet hôtel bien situé près de la gare CFF de Locarno.
Pros:

A proximité du centre de Locarno, avec arrêt de ligne de bus devant l'hôtel. Chambre au calme donnant sur l'arrière de l'hôtel. Bâtiment vraisemblablement rénové dernièrement, très joli et confortable.
Petit-déjeûner très bien.
Personnel attentif et très aimable, parlant français.
Parking attenant à l'hôtel.

Cons:

Accès au bâtiment difficile pour les personnes à mobilité restreinte.
Chambre petite (peu d'espace entre les murs et les lits)
