Great service from the staff.

The room with private bathroom & double bed was clean, comfortable & perfect for me as a solo traveller, lovely garden and sunrise view from my window with black out shutters for noise & light. Secure building with 24 hour courteous helpful ataff. Great volcano view from roof top patio with comfortable seating. Nice gardens, cooked in big kitchen, good clean big fridge, indoor couches if it rains. Very walkable ro everything. I booked 1 night online but extended my stay for my entire time in Antigua. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Center of the city, really convenient!!!

This was a good place for the money. Very cute, adequate space, helpful staff.

Everything was great. Only issue was the rooms were a bit hot a d the fans couldn't keep up. Otherwise, totally recommens staying here. Laundry service wasalso great and affordable

I had a very delightful stay at Hotel Casa Rustica. My room was a little snug but everything else was great. I made use of the kitchen facility more than once and enjoyed having it available. The manager at the front desk was helpful in arranging my transport to the airport when I needed it. The hotel location was close to the central plaza and to various shopping spots. It was an easy walk to many restaurants and local sites. I will keep this hotel at the top of my list for my next visit to Antigua.

It’s not a fancy place but it’s got enough things that you’ll need. Staffs are mostly friendly but communication needs some improvement.

Staff were great. Location of the hotel near the restaurants. Walkable to the tourist area, groceries, shopping and travel agencies. There's kitchen and beautiful gardens, patio and terrace .

Nos encantó todo! Muy limpio. Servicio excelente por parte de sus empleados. Limpieza diaria impecable a nuestra habitación. Servicio de lavandería excelente. Cerca de todo! Nos organizaron nuestro regreso al aeropuerto, algo que nos dio tranquilidad. Y algo que me gustó mucho es que tienen comida y agua para los perritos de la calle en la entrada del hotel! Recomendado!!

Beautiful hotel in an excellent location!

My friend and I stayed in a room with a full bed and a twin bed. The room was so small we couldn’t fit an open suitcase anywhere but the bed. The wall paint was damaged and dirty, which could be easily fixed. The room was weirdly about 15 degrees warmer than the outside air, with no air conditioning, even with the window open and the (loud) fan running. The sheet didn’t fully cover the mattress and was scratchy. There was a tv hanging from the wall which took up a lot of space and that we both hit our heads on but it only had one channel and that was in Spanish. Room would be better without it. Cute throw pillows on the bed but nowhere to put them because there was no space. Hotel is in a prime location…I think if they increased their prices a little to increase quality within the room it’d be worth it. The courtyard is lovely and they have a great little roof deck. You have a kitchen and laundry at your disposal. Lots of potential but the room itself was just uncomfortable and unpleasant to be in.

It was fine. More of a hostel, but clean and the basics were there. Shared kitchen, microwave, coffee in morning. The location was fantastic. Very walkable.

This hotel is close to everything. You can walk to the park and literally everywhere. Very convenient!

Property is well maintained. Some rooms older than others. There are beautiful views from the roof top terrace. Centrally located and very walkable.
